Security issues in Nigeria didn't start with Buhari. At a time, there was tension around that Bokoharam have entered some parts of SW including Lagos. Amotekun is a form of community policing that have been debated on b4 Buhari. Lagos had its own neighbourhood police b4 Buhari came. So leave matter. Amotekun is to complement the work of the police and not an indictment on anyone.
