majekleo: @ OP : Most of the traffic lights you posted are presently working as I type. Example is the first pic @ wuse zone 3, its perfectly working and being powered by solar modules. If you drive round Abj you wolud notice that most of the traffic lights are currently working as a result of the recent repairs and you would also notice that most of them are now powered by sloar means. But the worrisome trend is that of the blocked drainages especially in Zone 3 like I see in one of your pics. I. Could up-load pics if needed to prove that the first traffic light in ur post is working prefectly as of this moment. Please don't mislead people.

I have never seen that type of drainage in Abuja. There are no open drainages in Abuja itself. I am not sure how you know that is zone 3.
