Controversial Enugu-based Catholic Priest, Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka has predicted what will likely happen should agitators succeed in their push for the actualisation of Biafra.Mbaka stated that he was convinced that fault lines between different Igbo communities would arise if Biafra ever became a reality.


The priest made this prediction while addressing a cross section of Igbos in East London, on Tuesday.
According to Mbaka’s statement;

“If you think we have trouble in Nigeria now, we will see trouble in Biafra.
“No Anambra man would let an Enugu man be president, no Imo man would let an Abakaliki man be president”.
Mbaka also faulted claims that the South East is being marginalised.

Citing the immediate past administration of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, the controversial priest said an Igbo was Finance Minister, Central Bank governor, and so on.

Mbaka also noted that those whom the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu have been able to influence into agitating for Biafra are “the children of the poor,” who are not thinking properly about the implications of secession.

He insisted Biafra agitators were being deceived by Nnamdi Kanu.

INTERMAN:
In my area in ile-ife we now enjoy almost 24hrs power supply. At least half of the day and above. Mostly more than half a day of electricity. As i have said sometimes 24hrs unstop. In the past the only place we enjoy such power is on OAU campus.

But now, power is now better even outside campus. Now i save money for nepa bill every month even as a student because they are just too good. No need to rush to charge phones , no fear of light been taken out in the night. Candles and kerosene stove now close to been useless.

How is it in your area? Hope you are equally enjoying power supply like me?

Current power generation and transmission capacity is just about 10% of demand. So let's stop all unnecessary discussion about how good or bad power supply is. When you have light, 90% of other Nigerians don't have.

Personally, I see those who protest or claim to be activist for something as being part of the problem rather than solution. There are other ways one's voice can be heard. #Bring back our girls# frustrated a lot of people but failed to mention dying soldiers and never did any of them go to Sambisa to help return one of the chibok girls. Easy said than done. So if you can't do,shutp up and let those that are trying do rather than insulting and frustrating their effort. lbeto was only rebagging cement, but Dangote starting from rebagging and went into production. There are several other cement companies in Nigeria, and they are all buying up the smaller companies. We should actually praise Alh Dangote and not castigate him

Dangote is actually the biggest non oil and gas investor in power and gas sector. His project to build a 3billion scfeet gasplant has progressed beyond paper. His gas supply to Obajana can form a gas power chain for North Central Nigeria.

my friend, go and buy. The company was sold some years ago to ASD motors who ran it down further and burdened it more with debt. It is better the facility is in use, than it lying waste. Go to Lekki free Zone and see what Dangote is doing and you will doff your hat for him. It's the largest project site in Nigerian history.
