I once read a comment here where a guy stated that his father died by slipping and falling in the bathroom, and another guy quoted him and said the same happened to his father, and ever since then, I've had it in mind to create this thread for awareness.
We should never allow such to happen.

I don't know why why they make bathrooms with tiles. Even if you say it's non slippery tile, still doesn't make sense. Bathroom floor should made with rubber like this mat.

I have noticed that people stare at me a lot when I am outside. And no, I am not overacting. Sometimes, I consciously observe others around me and notice that they barely get stared at the way I do. These stares sometimes come with flashes of benevolent smiles from random strangers. Sometimes, the smiles are those types someone give when they have something to say but choose not to say it.

I sometimes think it is because of my height, because I am about 6’2-6’3 (I’ve never measured my height by the way). But the trend continues even when I’m seated, and hard to measure my height. A teen girl and her friend were staring at me the other day, while I was walking, that one almost got hit by a keke napep.

Even children walking by stare at me. Sometimes with a smile, and other times, with eyes of curiosity. I have no physical disability or defect by the way.

I am male, dark-skinned in complexion, and 28 years old. Is this normal? Does anyone experience same? Any possible reason why it happens?

Na normal thing na if you get height, Nigerians are not use to height unlike the US. Sometimes they stare all the way to my groin, I don't know what they are weighing there.

The butcher did not initially want to sell for me, so he called be back as I was about leaving.

He sold 1k meat and cut dem into 4 pieces. When I cooked the meat, it reduced into small chunks.
I remembered, I recently bought suya for 1k and its way more than this raw meat I got and considering the processing, labor and spices that goes into preparing suya one would think it should be less in quantity than raw meat.

Was I cheated by the butcher or Suya is a different kind of meat
