I'm usually against the creation of additional security units. But I think I'll hold my reservations on this one. Countries like South Africa and Kenya have Forest Rangers that protect these nations' respective reserves and wild life, especially against poachers. If this initiative means upgrading our existing Forest Guard Force with better training, tools, and equipment, then I'm all for it.

I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of this AH-1Z Viper procurement. Yes, the may be compatibility advantages as we operate some Bell helos, but my issue is political. We all know the conditions and restrictions they're fond of setting. We should've stuck with the Turkish T-129 and the Russian Mi-24/35Ms.

You portray the Iranians as irrational state actors when history and even the 12-days war have proven otherwise. Even the Isrealis know the Iranians won't use nukes on them. What the Americans and Isrealis fear most is Iran's NUCLEAR DETERRENCE if the later gets nukes. The stupidity of that strike is that the Iranian President targeted then is a reformist. Had the strike succeeded, a hardliner would've DEFINITELY served as his replacement. No wonder Isresl's attempted regime change failed as the strikes rallied Iranians to their flag and country.

Btw speaking of the "Death to America and Israel", those didn't start just start one morning. You only need to look at the history between Iran on one end and the USA on the other. A few facts:

1. The USA and UK spearheaded Operation Ajax in 1953 that overthrew Iran's democratically elected Prime Minister Mossadegh because he dared to demand that more Iranian oil proceeds favours his nation.

2. The USA imposed the brutal SHAH on the people of Iran.

3. After the Islamic revolution that overthrew the SHAH, the USA supported Saddam's led Iraq during the Iraq-Iran war, CHEMICAL WEAPONS INCLUSIVE. I don't think the use of chemical weapons against Iranian CIVILIANS, killing thousands of women and children, endeared the Iranian to the USA.

On October 7, Hamas launched a brutal and unprecedented terror attack on Israel — killing civilians, taking hostages, and sparking the current escalation. That attack was the first shot in this round of war, not anything Israel did to Iran directly.

Yes, Israel is now responding — as any nation would. And they’re doing it strategically, going after each proxy one by one — Hamas, then other militias, and now possibly turning their attention to Iran itself, the source of it all.

Even Hezbollah — Iran’s top ally — is now publicly saying they won’t join the war if Iran is directly attacked. That tells you everything. Iran is mostly alone, because even its so-called allies know how reckless this has become.

Claim 2: “If Israel and the U.S. have nuclear weapons, why can’t Iran have nukes too?”

On the surface, this might sound like a fair question but look deeper.

Rebuttal:
There’s a massive difference between who holds nuclear weapons and how they intend to use them.

In Iran, every parliamentary session ends with chants of “Death to Israel, Death to America.” This isn’t symbolic. Iran backs it up with real-world violence through its proxies. They’ve made their intentions crystal clear — they want to wipe Israel off the map. So why should a nation with that mindset be allowed to have nuclear weapons?

Think of it like this: it’s okay for a police officer to carry a gun, because his job is to protect people. But should we hand a gun to an armed robber who already told us he plans to shoot someone? That’s exactly what giving Iran nukes would look like.

The U.S. and Israel having nukes doesn’t mean everyone should. There’s a difference between deterrence and destruction. Iran isn’t seeking peace. They are seeking power to enforce their ideology through violence.


Iran is too small for Isreal to destroy. Imagine , if Isreal was to do the same thing Iran is doing ? Isreal and now Us are the only country that would announce an impending attack to you civilians to move , hence targeting only military installations but Iran doesn’t give no eff about civilians . Why the Iranians funding those proxies? Why were the proxies even created in the 1st place? These are questions you also need to ask.

1. HEZBOLLAH: A resistance group created in Lebanon in the 80s in direct response to ISREAL'S INVASION AND OCCUPATION OF LEBANON. Keep in mind that Israel still occupied the Shebba Farms.

2. HOUTHIES: Iranian funding and support came in after the MILITARY INVASION of Yemen by a Saudi-led supported by the West with arms and munition. I don't think I need to mention the nasty food crisis this create. Meanwhile, the Houthies "offense" in the crisis with Israel is trying to stop an ongoing genocide/slaughter in Gaza using a blockade.

3. IRAQI SHIA MILITIA GROUPS: 2003, the US-led Coalition of the Willing ILLEGALLY INVADED Iraq under the pretence of getting rid of a non-existing Iraqi WMD program. Although not active during initial invasion, the militia groups were active during the military occupation phase.

4. HAMAS: Guess who created and funded HAMAS as a counter weight to the Palestinian Authority (PA) and weaken Palestinian clamour for a state through infighting? That's right: ISREAL.

This is just stu.pidity on Trump's part. Apparently lessons from the past have not been learnt.

If the Russians had launched the SMO in 2014, we wouldn't be having this argument as the Russians would've have probably steamrolled through Ukraine. The west clearly learnt from the mistake with Georgia during the 2008 Russo-Georgian war, hence the large amount of funding, trying, weapons, ammo, Intel, etc poured into Ukraine. The Ukrainian military of 2022 was, hands down, a totally different beast that could EASILY rival some NATO forces in Europe. To add to that, it is ACTIVELY backed by the USA, UK, and co. Now THAT is what the Russians are fighting, not some 3rd world crippled military/militias usually faced/bullied around by a US-led coalition. And you know what? The Russians made initial advances, faltered, quietly learnt from mistakes, ADAPTED, and are now kicking a$$ in Ukraine.
