obedience4: Russia should stop the rebels from advancing. And save us all from terrorist attacks I think it may be too late. Russia may have the airport, but troops are desperately. I don't know if Wagner troops have arrived; even if they do, I doubt they have the numbers, and I'm fairly certain those Russian KSSO teams that wrecked havoc on the rebels are busy in Ukraine. |

The fact that the West is openly supporting this regime change should ring alarm bells. Like rebranding a terror organization as a rebel unit and savior of the country from the so called 'evil' Assad is crazy. Libya 2.0 loading. |

On the Syrian matter, I have to ask....where is the once-vaunted Syrian Republican Guard that kept the Syrian rebel groups at bay before help arrived during the early years of the civil war? Why didn't Assad entrust the front lines to them rather than the SAA.
Btw what happens to Latakia & the Tartus Naval base? Will Russia still hold on to the base and tge region like tge Americans at the North East region & oilfield?
Anyway, this is a major shocker. |

nairalanda1: Not surprised.....the fact is after years of thinking power was cheap, we are waking up to the cold reality.
I'll leave this post i made earlier
The fact is, if we want power, we got to pay for it at high prices. But most of us don't want to because we won't be able to afford the prices needed to kick start the sector. I think pre-paid meters can address the issue of collection availability. Make the pre-paid meters readily available and let customers pay as the use power. Simple....I think.. |

No navy seal personnel killed. That's not a new picture. Actually it's real. The slain individual was part of a Ukrainian DGR intercepted by the Russian FSB in Bryansk. That said, I don't think he's Navy Seal because he has a "Ranger" tattoo. So I think US Army 75th Ranger Battalion or maybe ex Green Beret (SFOD-Alpha,). |

NothingDoMe: A dominace of Iranian airspace for hours and attack is enough evidence as attested by the Irainians themselves. That's definitely not dominance of Iranian airspace. The fact that the Isrealis had to attack from Iraqi airspace is a clear indication that they use standoff weapons from afar and they were concerned about infiltrating Iranian airspace. Iran is not HAMAS or Hezbollah as it has an Airforce along with decent AD system. |

What are you saying
Without nuke Iran is disturbing global trade route using its proxies and you are talking about nuke
A mad man cannot be given such power
Goods from Middle East to Nigeria was just 74 hrs
Now it is 7weeks
The route is in problem from Iran proxies and you are talking about owning nuke What makes you think the Iranians don't own at least ONE nuclear warhead? The Iranians already posses the technology to build nuclear weapons along with a TESTED & PROVEN missile program (cruise, ballistic, hypersonics). |

Stop being foolish.
Grow up for once. Special jets indeed. Even the JF-17 Thunder has similar flight characteristcs/qualities as the F-16, and the Chinese J-10C is considered superior. Performance wise the F16 hasn't wowed anyone in battlefield Ukraine; the Russian MiG-31 (Assassin)has performed way better. So you'll excuse us if people are not dazzled by the F-16. F-15 series? SmartPolician: Other countries are investing massively in all areas, including tech, space travel and exploration, EVs, medical sciences, education, aeronautics, engineering, etc. From the US to China, Japan to South Korea, these countries are racing to stand out in these industries. That's why the world turns to America whenever there's a global challenge.
Where do you see Russia? You don't get to see their companies competing in those spaces. It's always military hardware, arms, ammunition, etc. I don't know who they are accumulating all those for. Perhaps they'll use them to kill themselves someday. You do know the Russian Federation is an energy and agricultural superpower, and leads in technologies like civil nuclear power system, right? |
Foreign Affairs › Re: This Video Shows Iran's Missiles Hitting Targets by ocelot2006(m): 3:59pm On Oct 02, 2024 |
Dpharisee: I saw videos on RT of Iranian missiles hitting targets in Israel since western media is not giving us the other sides of the story. Now I know why they are desperate to prevent us from getting alternative information from Russia and African media, David Hundeyin African Stream has been removed from Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accused of giving 'misinformation' to Africans as if we are daft, meaning that they don't want us to go beyond CNN and BBC for information on international happenings.
While the control WhatsApp and META Platforms like Facebook and Instagram they are desperate to control Telegram which is owned by a Russian citizen whom they are still detaining in France for refusing to give them backdoor access to data on Telegram.
I don't support Iran, my bias is even in favour of Israel but I don't like half truths from the western media
Aljazeera is not different from CNN, MSNBC, EURONEWS, BBC on every other topic except when it concerns Palestinians, they lie so much and twist the narrative only in favour of Palestinians, they will constantly show gory videos of dead Palestinian children but will never show videos of HAMAS militants hacking an Israeli citizen to death.
Aljazeera is also against Africans but support western imperialists for the benefit of their Qatari owners, remember how Aljazeera was the mouthpiece of terrorist groups in the destruction of Libya and murder of Muamar Gaddafi 🙄 They will refer to the military rulers of SAHEL States as 'Junta' and asking for return to democracy but their Qatari owners are unelected and undemocratic rulers, what utter hypocrisy called Aljazeera Oh please stop it. Of all the media houses, Aljazeera is one of the most balanced. Their report on the October 7th incident last year was quite detailed. The only difference between them and western agencies is that they're embedded in the communities of the Palestinian victims and are able to report what's actually happening without fear or favour compared to others. |

Mille: Unbelievable. I don't want to believe Iran has these kind of missiles that can overwhelm air defense and cause as much damage as I have seen. What the F did they now do in April flying some shambolic missiles and drones.
Btw, who else has noticed Jordan did not shoot down any missiles that passed through their airspace? Can anyone tell us why. Last time the Jordanians shot down Iranian missiles, the Jordanian people almost turned against the Monarchy, calling them traitors. Of course King Abdullah will quietly and happily sit this one out. Besides maybe it's hoped that this will knock some sense into the Israelis who've been on a killing spree that has basically pissed off everyone. Hopefully they'll realize that the Iranians can also reach out at touch any part of Israel, and back down from this whole mess......or maybe they won't... |

Lawag3: And what was that?
If I may ask.
It seems like you were a child in 2006.
Lebanon was under siege from land and sea Beirut was pounded.
Hezbollah agreed to withdrew past the litany river that was the goal of the war.
UN forces admister the buffer zone Israel created.
The only thing they did was stop the total destruction of Lebanon and ensure their own survival.
Tell me I am wrong. You are wrong. Isreal had the following objectives: 1. Rescue the soldiers abducted: The IDF failed on that with the dead bodies of the slain soldiers released by Hezbollah at the end of the conflict. 2. Eliminate Hezbollah rockets: NOT only the IDF fail woefully on that objective, Hezbollah's rocket attacks actually doubled till the very end of the conflict. 3. Ground Invasion of Sothern Lebanon: Now this was the icing on the cake as it was here that Hezbollah practically destroyed the myth of the IDF's invincibility. When Hezbollah started knocking out IDF Merkava armour with Russian made Kornets ATGM, and Hezbollah thoroughly embarrassed seasoned IDF units like Matkal, Egoz, and Co, inflicting serious casualties while fighting stubbornly, then the IDF knew they bit far more than they could chew. In the very end Hezbollah basically won that war because they successfully denied Isreal of the later's strategic objectives. On the other hand, it was as a result of Isreal's failure that the public called for the resignation of Prime Minister Olmert and his Defence Minister. Anyway, I suggest you read up on the conflict. |

The Israeli occupation of Southern Lebanon[a] formally began in 1985 and ended in 2000 as part of the South Lebanon conflict. On May 24, 2000, Israel pulled back from southern Lebanon to the international border line, in compliance with UN Security Council Resolution 425
The clashes Israel had with Hezbollah is almost like what is going on now. Although it was more intense. And a moderate prime minister came into power. He saw the war as pointless and unnecessary he literally campaign with he promise of ending the war.
Hezbollah should chase Israel out of shebaa farms na if they won. Which major battle did Hezbollah win that made Israel redraw?
Tell me one. 2006 Lebanon War. Hezbollah achieved what all Arab militaries could never achieve. |

WrriterNg: ⚡The United States submitted a detailed proposal to resolve the issue of Türkiye's acquisition of Russian S-400 air-defense systems for F-35 jets.
The plan would allow Türkiye to formally keep the missiles on its territory but transfer their control to the United States.
The proposal suggests transferring the Russian S-400 systems to the US-controlled sector of Incirlik base in southern Türkiye.
The aim is to allow Türkiye to return to the F-35 fighter jet program.
Discussions appear to be at a more advanced stage than previously known. Both sides seem to desire a successful conclusion to these talks.
Türkiye's initial response is reportedly not positive, but discussions are expected to continue. I don't think the Turks will agree to this, especially when the KAAN project has taken too the skies. |
