I think it's only Nigerians(the masses) that can bring themselves out of this. No Leader in Nigeria will want or accept this easily. Let Nigerians take to the Media strongly and let it trend. Let us take to the street like "Occupy Nigeria", and demand for the review of that part of the constitution or a new one to deal with corruption.

Even conviction doesn't mean these people will go to jail. Once you can pay back the money(and not at once oo), you will be freed.
Until something drastic is done to our constitution about looting, the stealing will continue. We need to have a separate book for looters.
