Doing the (iii) means you enlist/register your car on Uber and recruit a driver using Uber marketplace or here. Uber doesn't interfere in your relationship with your driver-partner. All they want is your car.

Personally I don't like female riders seating at the front seat, reason is that I Don't feel comfortable by it, so once I see them especially the once not properly dressed, I just show you the back seat, buh if she insist on seating at the front no p.
