Romance / Re: I Insulted My Girlfriend How Do I Apologise by odaniel1(m): 3:34pm On Jan 03, 2023 |
Damage done already. Any further attempt to seek attention is weakness. But make sure an apology is tendered, and properly too. After that, sit back and watch in soberitude not foolishness. (know the difference o) |

I do not own a vehicle but the highest I did with my leggediz benz is 10/15km. Life is too sweet to end even in the midst of rising costs, low income and uncertainty. When I get mine, max speed will be 100km, feels better taking in scenery than blazing through like Flash. When I no be electricity or light bulb. Happy new year everyone. Business / Re: Using RFID In The Warehouse For Inventory Automation by odaniel1(m): 12:32pm On Jan 02, 2023 |
i recall working with WAMCO. Getting to use labels awaiting goods from the facory into the warehouse was such an uphill task. We had to climb pallets and even get raised by forklifts to place labels on pallets stacked as high as 15 13-15 feet. It was hell! Then came the RF scanners in 2016. It was mad easy for us as all we had to do was 'shoot'at pallets or products to get them into the database of our warehouse management software (SpeedWMS) Inbound rexeipt became a thing of joy as so many tally clerks hustled to join the Inbound team back in 2016. Memories! Indeed technology is great! |

Business / Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by odaniel1(m): 11:24am On Jan 02, 2023 |
CheerfulGiver: The majority of business models are based on those of others. In order to compete with Uber, Bolt offered incentives and discounts that were superior to Uber's. Even the algorithmic trickery that makes ride-sharing applications like In Drive stand out from the competition delivered lower discounts than Uber did, which helped them gain a foothold in the market. What I'm suggesting is that InDrive's incentive would soon be surpassed by one from a different company, rendering their now appealing offering useless. Business must always develop or it will fail. 6 Likes |

Women. Many of them have pursued opportunities using this entitlement attitude in an effort to maintain "high standards" for themselves rather than "stoop low" like our mothers, who ultimately led lifestyles they did not genuinely desire. For many of them, I find that school of thought amusing because arrogance always precedes a fall. |
Politics / Re: 7 Personalities That Will Shape Nigeria In 2023 by odaniel1(m): 8:06pm On Jan 01, 2023 |
Poor voter turnout results from a lack of confidence in the political system, or explain to me why, out of 200 million individuals, only 84 million (42%) are registered to vote. Due to the obsolete statistics, even the population count is highly disputed (as far back as 2006). Nigeria does, in fact, require a miracle. |

Travel / Re: Advice on Relocating Out of Lagos! by odaniel1(m): 6:28pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
iamme1234: E exactly my thoughts too. It has gradually become a student-laden town because of the number of schools (caritas, ESUT, UNN, Rennaissance, etc.) were students can afford to lie their wildest life/dreams away from home. Such towns have a huge influence on the younger generation making it hard to see morally upright folks. Ask Owerri& Asaba residents what living with those young ones are like. It doesn't mean you will not find any worth it though...wish you success in your search. shalom 2 Likes |

Eastcoastboy: These apps are not ghostly floatations. Prospects can seek explanations about registered businesses that have real offices behind them by contacting regulatory agencies like the SEC (Securities & Exchange Commission) or even the CAC. Instead of needing to physically stress yourself out, technology gives you the chance to receive a comprehensive view of your investments and portfolio worth from the comfort of anywhere in the world and on mobile devices. Simply download the ZIMVEST app now on Google Play/Apple IOS stores for Android & Apple users respectively. 1 Like |

I look at people who use piggybanks & I laugh hard. Why not embrace technology and use fintech mobile apps? They offer interest, unlike these physical piggybanks that can never offer you return on savings like the ZIMVEST app will do. Open a ZIMVEST app today and earn 10% on your savings annually. No muscle work, no maintenance charges!

nice thread me too have been considering the highlander for a first car and because of ground clearance. the bad roads and constant commuting and traffic would mean I need an engine that would hold out more power like a v6 and the highlander does it for me. all that talk about aesthetics and outward appearance does not move me because I believe it still fits despite being an 07 vehicle. as for sedans, hell to the no. driven too many people's cars here to know that nigerian roads are not built for them |

saw the gradual arrangement fro afar of each time I commuted and assumed maximum care & protection was guaranteed because the project looked so grand from outside. indeed looks can be deceptive. Ezekiel Adamu should be made to face the consequences of safety infractions to deter other greedy capitalists only interested in milking others for their benefit. 1 Like |

NBA & all lawyers are useless. The judicial system is a mess here. It is one of the most ridiculous and useless jobs in the country to undertake, Law. Because there is no respect for the law. Only brute-force-giving type of careers like the military or any of the other law enforcement agencies thrives because the people are lawless..! May her pretty soul rip. Sad |
