will like the governor to setup social security administration for lagosian so that lagosians can also start to get the benefits of social securities as it is obtainable in developed countries. Social security carries alot of benefits in the long run for citizens of a state and the government of such state.

There are disciplines dedicated to studying paranormal phenomena, e.g. parapsychology. Even they haven't been able to disprove (nor prove) that supernatural phenomena exist.
