yeaah right, it took japan 2wks or so to retarmark kilometers of roads that were destroyed by the earthquake, electricity were restored, debris cleared, the dead buried, shall i go on.?
now for us to transport materials frm zonea A TO B becomes an issue for us to deal with, i pray for this country we dont ahve any major disasters,.
