That is not a case. Obaseki has no issue with his certificate that can not be resolved with mere affidavit. Osho Baba wants to use all means to ensure Obaseki does not contest hence they use d certificate to disqualify him

But he is still trying in terms of road and also the mou that gave rise to the Edo refinery. I was even shock that Edo now has a refinery that's near completion.
