So, I did a 10 minutes call last night and hit a 5. Did another 9min call, got a 4. So happy I'm making progress.

I did. I thought maybe the three numbers used in FAQ was country code. Trust me, reading FAQ is one thing, but experience and asking the experienced hands is the best way to go. FAQ doesn't spell out everything, trust me. That's why we got SLACK.

Guys, if the customer call out her phone like 45763912. Is it the America country code I will add to the number, like +1- 45763912 or I will write as 457-63912.

I did an 18 minutes call last night, into midnight. And when I woke up again after about an hour, it had been rated 4. With this quality rating notes
So, they’re obviously not strict like you claim .
What was the duration of the call you did?

Another person rated me "3" for just one punctuation and capitalization error. So, it depends O.

So, I tried this 7 minutes call and actually got a 3 due to just wrong placement of a comma (according to QA standard), and mistakenly capitalilzing an "M". Lesson learned. I'm happy that I didn't see several errors unloke before. Gradually, we are moving.

But this QA world rating sometimes depends on the agent who went through your work. Some are so harsh, some over look some things. But then, let's keep learning.

If you have any question(s) aside call issues, bring them here and some old members will put you through. Also, try and back read from page 1 again. You'd see people who has encounter same issue and you'll also see possible solutions to the problem.. Please bring such kind of questions here before you make things difficult for people that would join in the nearest future. Thanks.

I couldn't believe a Nigerian would "fall hand" that bad. To think the Scc was even trying to ignore him, this boy keeps repeating same question. He wants to implicate us all. Like sooooo dumb. Indians and Pakistanis have started invading QA world too, and ones they do, they will make it even worst for us. Indians(Pakistanis etc) and Nigerians are something else online. Lol
