iyaaliyah: Ahh. Okay. I can't sit it out the whole 2stops then! Will find out how much SAA is. Thanks. Lol. I flew Rwanda airline with those stopovers because I felt like seeing more of other nations from the air. Kigali is beautiful, even more beautiful is Lusaka. But, SA is a class on her own...very beautiful country.. My next trip is to Kigali, Rwanda. I heard they are nice and accommodating. I'm going there in July, God willing. |

staggerlee: Hello forum, I just got back from Lagos, I have not been in lagos for 2 years. So I visited for 2 weeks. All I could see are opportunities. Really I don't see why people stress themselves to come to SA, as a matter of fact I am winding up my activities in SA and coming to come back to Lagos, I have given myself 3 years to do this. None of my friends that I left in lagos is on the same levelthey are all doing better. Apart from kia and hyudia there is no brand new car less than 5 million, yet people buy brand new cars daily and u can't see a 2015 model of car still on display as brand new, most 2015 cars are sold. Its only in Nigeria a house can be 250 million and u see pple paying cash upfront. I think Nigeria has all the potentials, staying in another man's land isn't it at all. Mind you, by the grace of God I can never apply for any kind of visa in SA again as I am a permanent resident permit holder so I am not saying all these because I am frustrated. Stagg, I get your points. It baffled me when I saw Nigerians doing all sorts of jobs there in SA, well, I wouldn't blame them. Current unavailability of employment opportunities in naija are not favourable to some calibre of naija people hence they choose working in SA. Saw some naijas parking cars for stipends in the rain and cold weather. I felt pained. saw some in fruit and food sheds selling fruits...I mean men with responsibilities. most naija ladies do hairdressing and some store works. Blame them not. Yet, some of us who are professionals in our chosen careers wouldn't even consider relocating to foreign land where we couldn't be free to express our living styles without the locals getting jealous and beefed up. Anyways, good for you to come establish in naija. opportunities abound... |

Even, the wailing zombies and their IPOB touts brethren know that PMB has achieved in less than a year what IB couldn't dare in over five years.
Once the economic challenge is successfully tackled, they will have NOTHING to wail about except knocking their own head against the closest wall to them. The wailers won't see that. They are blinded with hatred and terribly afflicted with post election defeat trauma. |

Computers › Re: How Do I Connect One Printer To Different Computers? by OgaTheTop2: 10:54am On Apr 14, 2016 |
shegfun: get 8ports switch or less since u have four systems, install the printer in one of system that will be server , go the printer property share it on the server, then go others (clients) systems network them, go to add printer try to search for the printer or //computername/printer
to understand very well google it. 1. Get a switch or a router and connect the four systems to router 2. Name each and every system on same domain. I mean give same domain name to each system connected to the router. 3. Make a good system as the print server. Connect the printer to this system and share in the network properties. 4. From each other system, add a printer and be ready to install driver if necessary. . Goodluck o.. |

Business › Re: What You Need To Know About The Currency Swap Agreement Between Nigeria/china by OgaTheTop2: 6:55am On Apr 14, 2016 |
MathsChic: This move by the Buhari administration is almost a strategic one. You'd recall that the Naira/USD exchange rate took a dive during those troubled periods once Nigerian importers who had made deposits with Chinese firms began to source for dollars to meet their varying commitments. That exchange rate would have seen less pressure, were they sourcing for the Yuan instead, a currency Chinese firms will accept. The trade between Nigeria and China was once recorded at over $11b dollars with, of course, the imbalance being to Nigeria's disfavour. But that's not the point; Nigeria has never really been an exporting country.
Nevertheless, it's obvious there's a lot of trade going on between the two countries. Since you couldn't exchange Naira directly for Yuan, but had to first obtain the USD, the various additional costs incurred during the two-stage transaction ensured Nigerian firms spent more money doing business with Chinese firms. In addition, by not first exchanging to the USD Nigeria can start reducing its dependence on the dollar. And now, I don't have to tell you how much the greenback swings the Nigerian market.
Not to get it wrong though. This will not increase the money in Nigeria's pocket, neither will it completely eliminate dependence on the dollar since some countries will not accept the Yuan while trading with Nigeria. In fact, Nigeria will have to convert a sizeable amount of its earning to the Chinese legal tender causing the country to hold less dollar. However, if a significant amount of trade is happening with China, there is no reason the Nigeria shouldn't have a Yuan trading hub.
The Naira will be the latest in a string of currencies which currently trade with the Yuan. There is already direct trade with the dollar, euro, yen, pound, the Australian Aussie, the New Zealand dollar, Russia's rouble, Swiss francs, the Singaporean dollar and the Malaysian ringgit. By joining the list of these countries, Nigeria is expressing its desire to take China seriously as a global economy and directly take on the benefits that come with that. O se! But pleae, is it possible the govt scrapped black market? Those illegal bdc should be scrapped, raided and offenders clamped in jail.. |
