If you move around town you can see it on the faces of the citizens they no longer care about coronavirus in Nigeria.

Nobody is bothered about wearing face mask or buying sanitizers, or social distancing.

Some weeks back Bae won't even let me enter the place without washing my hands. Now she too doesn't care about washing. So long as I bring my hands with me to the place. wink

Obaseki is using COVID-19 as strategy to eliminate direct primaries. More than 50 new cases reported just this week. Abeg APC should give him the ticket so as coronavirus will cease in Edo-State grin

It is situations like this that makes one doubt if there is covid-19 in the country. In other countries where the virus does exist, doctors, nurses, journalists, and other essential workers are given all the assistance they need from the security agencies. They even held trucks carrying foodstuffs. Me I don't even know what is happening again in this country. Night will reach now, they will release scores result. Lagos will top the chart with more than 50% of total new cases.

Naija Police are the worst after the Politicians and Pastors. Nobody should quote me. Just read and move on. My opinion

I feel for edolites right now. Obaseki is more concerned about his re-election than fighting the corona-virus.

I was opportuned to chat with a taxi driver yesterday who confided in me that his sister sneaked in from Lagos during the weekend. I was quick to remind him the borders were closed and that his sister should isolate herself just incase.

The guy laughed and said that she was not the only person he knows who beat the lockdown on the border. All you need is 500 for taxi and 1k for bus. Nah so I weak for we country.

They should give him protein (nuts, milk, meat) and allow him to sleep for a whole day.

He is not mad, his brain just opened.

This takes me back to my Uni days in the streets of Ekosodin when we started learning street. Nah so one 100 level babe say she nah burna girl come dey follow boys drag smoke. Babe passed out after like 5 drags. Come see panic for the full yard. Nah so she naked talk say fire dey burn am. Nah so we empty all the bucket of water for house to quench her fire. Fire nor gree quench.

From fire, babe started to speak in tongues. She was incoherent. She was screaming at the top of her voice, and acting sheepishly too. Soon, the whole street knew something was up.

We had to restrain her. If not for one senior man for area wey get Phd for Weed wey tell us make we give am food, plus fruit. I remember we gave her groundnut, Lemon, Orange, water melon and hollandia yogurt mixed with codeine before she fell asleep.

This happened sometime in the afternoon, she slept till the next afternoon before she could say something reasonable.

Guess the first things she asked??

"What happened??"

Lagos having the busiest airport in WA plus the congestion is what enabled the spread of the virus in the country.

Imagined if they had Locked down the country earlier it wouldn't be this bad.

Lagosian pele. It is well

Stay safe.

They should conduct an autopsy quickly, before NCDC adds him to their list of COVID-19 deaths.

RIP to the man.

I don't believe he was hungry. He may have been battling with some form of chronic ailment.

Which children are in school? When all primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions are closed as a result of the Covid-19.

I know they have been plotting how to loot EU Funds and the "Abacha's Asset" that was repatrated some days ago. They should just say they want to loot money.

195 new cases and nearly 50% of it is from Lagos. It is obvious Lagos is a ticking time bomb.

Sir if I get him clearly, he was on a PTDF scholarship which caters for everything including feeding thus his side hustlers was for savings specifically

You still don't get me. My question is which side hustle paid him close to £10K monthly? When as at July 2019, the minimum wage in Greece was pegged at €800 monthly.

Me if I remember I use to smile and swear for her with my smile smiley
She's grace, fondly called Gracey, I met this werey when I was serving at Abuja 2014, But with the way we met seems like God wanted us together.

She works where I did my PPA, The first day we met I was working on some files and she was kinda asking her colleague who Steve is when she walked up to my desk, she called my name I looked up and she lost it like I could remember we both lost at each other for like 60 seconds before the lady sitting beside me called her name loud( that one don grab watin dey sup)

To cut the past lost story short.. we started talking we exchange contact and weeks later we started dating... Later she came over to the apartment whey I rented, I could tell her reaction she does not like the place (it single room thou )

Months later our relationship became so close that people started noticing in the office, exactly August they paidsalary and to my surprise, as we were going home together she gave me her August salary asked me to add some few bucks to it I should move out of the one-room apartment am staying saying she doesn't want me sharing toilet and bathroom...

Like I was wow. To be very honest that night I was so happy to the extent I had to cut all my spouse contact off and focus on only her... Like that night I vowed not to cheat on her ever...

So I finished my NYSC in Abuja and luckily my PDTF scholarship application was successful I was preparing to move over to Greece for my masters...

I and Gracey parted ways but we still dating, we call each other text each other... Months later I started sending money to grace for our building project, all the money I sent was around £125,500+ (54,233,804.62 nairas)

During this process, grace sends me pictures of the land she brought and how the construction is going on.....

To round up this painful crab cry only for me to come back home to meet my wife, married with a kid...

I arrested her and all she could say was "she thought I was just joking with her" that she never thought I still love her... Out of 54m, she could only recover 2.5m...

I was hospitalized for two weeks then... I sort I almost died the shock and trauma almost killed me... But thank God later I just have to return to Greece and start all over again... But what she did then is still the reason why am single today...

The truth sef is I insult any Nigerian girls I see in Greece... Nigerian girls in Greece are all lonely so anyone of then that comes across Nigeria guys is always waiting to be loved but I can't stop hating them...

The trauma still lives.. sad embarassed

I find it hard to believe your story, here is my reason.

It is almost impossible for an international student to raise that huge sum of money in 2 years while working menial jobs in any EU country. (Note the almost impossible)

I have a relative in Germany who left for his masters about 5 years ago and has a residency permit. Dude has an Msc and works in construction. He nets roughly 100k euros from his job annually as at December. (The summary is that it took him 4 years to get a job that pays well in Germany.) Mind you, Dude is a Guru. Self sponsored himself @ age 25 *Bitcoin millionaire and networks very well.

So you see why I don't believe you came to the EU with a student visa, and started earning big bucks without starting from the bottom. Even if you were earning €5K monthly. Weren't you paying rent?

The cheapest you can get a bedroom apartment in Greece is about €500 with amenities. Feeding nko? How about transportation? Let's assume your scholarship caters for all that. Which job paid you so well that you were able to save and send all that money back home in that short time. Please tell me.
