This was how I lost my brother inlaw about 15months ago. It was sad....RIP!! It could be an unknown heart condition. |

barrfel: You are correct, it’s the third one. The notarial service. Go right ahead and pick a date. |

Hi CanadianCherie, I cannot see your email. I used medical city Plano. That’s far from all those cities you listed above. |

Maggiespecial: I really don’t know what is special in getting the notary signed by them. When our government won’t get its priority right, these foreigners treat us as they like. It is well, let me do and come back jor. 1 Like |
Called the New York agency. I was told a needed to do a declaration that we have not received the SSN. but could only get appointment on Friday Hi ICANOFFICE, when I applied for my daughter’s passport on the 2nd Jan., they asked me to hold her SSN. It wasn’t necessary. You can travel to Nigeria with either the US or the Nigerian passport but I’m not sure you’ll be issued an ETC. I stand corrected o. Process for either passport will take time so your darling wife might have to be patient. Congratulations on the birth of your baby. 1 Like |

oluwafunkenny: Hello, Another Mum in Atlanta Georgia said she got the same notification to get her hubby sign the notary at the US embassy in Nigeria so I think it’s across board. It’s the same DS3053 form that’ll be notarized at the US embassy in Nigeria. 1 Like |

Chinemeze17: Hello, I have same issue, I'm in Dallas and my hubby left PH to Abuja to get the notary at the embassy. He has to book appointment and go to the embassy in Lagos or Abuja immediately but in the mean time, change your return date. |

OmoBendel24: This is strange, I came in through Dallas POE at about 7 months plus and I didn't even spend up to 5 mins with the CBP before I got stamped with 6 months. Dallas POE is almost the easiest in this country. very sad for her o. 1 Like |

domrita: Hello, I’m not sure they’ll give notary before child is born. You can get appointment date 2 weeks after your EDD. |

beautyuche: Hi beautyuche, compliments of the season. the only way your hubby will avoid going to the embassy is if he’s present when you are applying for the passport in the US or in Nigeria ie you return with Nigerian Passport otherwise he has to go to the embassy to get the notary. |

Hello my dear people, happy new year. This new year will bring us uncommon testimonies. I had my princess on the 12th of Dec. 2017. I was so misinformed that I delayed the process in getting her international passport. I got her social security a week after birth. I went to the Dallas passport Agency downtown to get my LO's passport first on the 30th of Dec., I was asked to schedule an appointment which I wasn't aware of the I got earliest appointment date for 2 Jan., 2018. I got there in time for the appointment and gave all the documents needed only to be told that the notary our DH sends to us is no longer valid as DH has to go to the US embassy in Nigeria to get the notary or be present at the US passport agency. Apparently, this is a new rule that started yesterday 1 JAN., 2018. DH needs appointment date to get this notary and this is another delay for me as I need to get back to Nigeria soonest. Please, is this the same in your state. The social security is not needed when obtaining the international passport. Let's share this and talk about it. I wish all our expectant mothers safe delivery in Jesus name. PS: DALLAS IS FREEZING @ -2/-5. 2 Likes |

Hello everyone, I am a silent reader, I got into DFW on the 29th of Oct., the queue was something else. I almost collapsed. I went through the first stage where you will do passport reading. Then I processed to pick my luggage and face the CBP guy. CBP: How long are you here for? Me: Till Christmas CBP: You're pregnant? Me: Yes CBP: Do you have family? Me Yes CBP: place your finger here. CPB: Do you have food Me: yes. The guy stamped me in for 6 months. Nothing was checked nor ceased. POE was breeze, I am sitting pretty and waiting for my LO. Please pray for me and the day drwas really close. My doctor wanted to induce labor but I refused and my due date is still far away. Please any Dallas mum in the house, boredom is killing me here. God bless... 5 Likes |
