irev is just for public viewing nothing else collation and announcement of results is purely and largely manual... There's no electronic transmission of results what we have is uploaded of snapped results...

the issue with some of u is self deceit even in established democracy like America independent candidate can't win president... We aren't talking of parliament position or gorvenor... That website is used to sharing data (election results) in its raw forms so that interested parties can independently run the calculations. That's what INEC is simply saying and that's exactly what iRev does. Collation, since I have known that word, means to gather something and sum it up. iRev doesn't sum anything. It's just for sharing data in its raw form.

public display of results INEC can choose to upload anytime they wish, it's pure nonsense n INEC knows it too well,the parties are not serious if not,the best option is to go to court n get a ruling to make it mandatory for
signed results to be pasted at every polling unit before been taken to collation centres,so the results can be videos or snapped by anyone,that may not completely stopped rigging but at least it would checkmate the abracadabra that usually happens before the results get to collation centres.
