So this is the new song?
Remember before he came to epl you all said he will not succeed ?
Remember how u all remembered him that epl is different from la Liga and German league?
Hahaha
So it's now because of money?
But,una no tell us before na,
You only said he cannot succeed because "this is epl"
Hahaha
If Guardiola wants to go to Italy, he'll coach Juventus and if he goes to France, it will be PSG. There's nothing special there. Coaches won the epl with man city before he came

No, better soup na better cook cook am. Someone can prepare a pot of soup with 20k and you will prefer to drink garri and sleep whereas another person will prepare that same soup with 5k you will nearly bite your fingers.
Ok.... I get u
But Abrahimovic bought Chelsea, success followed, Arab Whateva bought man city, success followed. Mancini and Pelegrini won the league, and the later even reached semi final of UCL. Something Guardiola is yet to do

Oga o, better soup no bi money dey kill am only again o, things have really changed.
If you spend trillions prepare soup and you no sabi prepare the soup, e go bitter.
You sabi the club wey dem dey call PSG?
PSG don win the league for how many years now? Their only problem na champions league. Same thing Guardiola no fit win without Barcelona

Nairaland / General / Re: Have You Ever Had A Near Death Experience? by Oghenerobo2002(m): 8:42pm On May 09, 2020
Mariangeles:
What has been a near death experience to you?

Mine was when I was a little girl, playing with 2 of my friends of about the same age, we thought it was a good idea to take turns to carry each other on our shoulders.

When it was my turn to climb onto the shoulder of one, I immediately knew it was a bad idea when I got on because, one, I had the fear of heights, and so I couldn't keep still grin

I wanted her to put me down immediately, but we didn't know the easiest way to do that...omg! embarassed
We kept wobbling back and forth because I couldn't keep still out of fear. The other kid was laughing, while I was beside myself with fear embarassed
Lastly, I fell so hard with my stomach slamming on the hard ground with a loud thud ( the most painful experience), I swear, for some seconds I couldn't breathe embarassed

While I was on the ground gasping for air, desperately trying to breathe and fighting to grasp onto life, my two so-called friends were laughing hysterically angry cry
When I was finally able to catch my breath, I cried so loud and hard....I cried ehn cry cry cry then they knew how serious it was.

I swear, I could have died that day and my parents would never have known what killed me.
Of course, they never knew what happened because I never told them. Heck! I never spoke about it ever. I just sucked it up.

As little as I was, I knew I could have died that day because what happened was serious...I just knew sad
I believe u r a lady. This tale of urs is just a normal boys play

So what has made all the government different and what would have made GEJ government different also if looting is in all their diary
Ability to provide basic amenities for the ordinary.
The masses don't care how wealthy the elites are, they just need to feed and afford simple life

While it is normal to criticize Government and Buhari's government is deserving of some of the criticism leveled at it, it is dishonest and deceitful to try to use the shortcomings of Buhari to paint Goodluck as a hero that he is not and putting God's name in it to support such ludicrous point of view is sacrilegious!
Seriously? Lol

How is he better than Buhari?

Did he make us independent of oil?

Did he give us uninterrupted power supply?

Were funds not diverted under him?

Did he conquer Boko Haram?

Were human rights respected under him?

If a country like Nigeria imports far more than it exports, and its largest export is oil, tell me how it would not affect the country if any bad thing happens to oil deals?

In other words, the economy is in this state because of the likes of Obasanjo and GEJ. Buhari is just suffering from their inactions.

This is Buhari' 2nd tenure and u r still blaming past leaders? We should rather focus on his achievements

I don't know why you people always reason down tribal lines.

Rather than being objective you will choose to be subjective despite the fact that the truth is staring right at you.

We know you easterners love GEJ and you can donate your life for him on the altar of sacrifice but was GEJ ever a good president? No.
Is Buhari a good president and will he ever be a good president? No.

Buhari and GEJ are birds of the same feathers. The best president Nigeria has ever produced still remains Musa Yar adua.

Get that to your heads.
I'm a southerner not an easterner. I wonder why people say yar'adua is our best president. He didn't rule for long and was I'll all through the period. What were his achievement and compare to that of Obasanjo. We are talking Buhari and u r calling yar'adua.
Better think well

Lifting the lockdown might just be what will finish us completely
All the countries lifting their lockdown have been on it for longer periods than us, not to mention those Nigerian that will know they have contracted the virus but continue to mingle out of wickedness.
