I think the stipulated time stated on DIBP has changed to 60 - 83days, not 52 - 59days

The current processing time depends on individuals intended studies, e.g If you're going for a research based Masters degree then you'll fall under the Postgraduate Research Sector, while if you're going for a Masters degree by Coursework you'll fall under the Higher Education Sector.

The Higher Education Sector comprises of students whose main course of study is one of the following:

- Bachelor Degree
- Associate Degree
- Graduate Certificate
- Graduate Diploma and
- Masters by Coursework

So the stipulated processing time still remains 52 - 59 days for Masters by Coursework.

@OGKush Thank you so much for the reply, I appreciate. Let me recap to clairfy what you mean. I would have to fill the 25 pages of the application process, attach the required documents, pay the application fee, submit and then wait for the generation of document types I would need to attach to my application like the seperate section to submit transcript and the likes that you mentioned. Is that it? If that is it, then I would not need to merge documents, I would wait patiently for that seperate section.

Thanks again, God bless, Thats the stress of DIY group, but its worth it.

Yes, you'll have to fill the (pages of the application process) questionnaire first, then attach the required documents separately as you wont be able to further your application if the required documents are not uploaded and certified received. After which you'll be directed to where you'll pay the application fee and will only be able to add additional documents if it's required by DIBP.

I hope this is clear enough, you can check my previous post on how to generate your HAP ID for upfront medicals.

Hello please I don't know much about Australia study visa.I got refused twice from Canada Embassy, now I want to apply to Australia university undergraduate please what are the steps to take from admission to Visa application please your help

First off, what age bracket do you fall under?

Secondly, do you have any Post-secondary degree?

Sorry about your Canadian visa refusal, you shouldn't let that discourage you from pursuing your dream. Keep on chasing that dream, there'll always be options.

Please can someone hint me on which category or where to attach other recommended documents for visa application in Immiaccount apart from GTE, Resume, Identity and OSHC?

I would appreciate a prompt response.

Can I try to match documents under closely related files e.g Attaching International Passport under Identity, and Certificates and transcripts under Resume?

I want to try to submit this application before Thursday evening (Friday Morning, Australia time).

Thanks in anticipation.

First you'll have to fill the DIBP questionnaires, which will then be used to generate the type of document you'll need to attach to your application.

To answer your second question;
Yes, you can merge documents you feel the need to reflect on your application, but I believe there's a separate section to submit transcript and certificate under the same category.

I don't know what you use internet for but if Nigeria internet can serve you well, I think you shouldn't worry about the efficiency of internet. It should be the least of your worries among many things to worry about.

Oh ok!! Thank you for the clarification.

Please more pictures oo, we'll like to see what Australia looks like in december. Thanks to everyone that has been contributing to this forum.

@OGKush,

Why should a landlord pay for your internet connection when he is not charging you for it?

When you get a house, you will pay for the internet connection of your choice. It is Only in shared house you see internet connection included in rent.

Well!! You're right. Most of the houses where internet connection is inclusive with the rent are shared apartments, which was why I asked how efficient the internet service is and if it's cheap, incase I'll have to pay for my own internet connection. Thanks

Great job you guys are doing on this forum showcasing Australia to the rest of us still planning to relocate for different reasons.

Please I'll like to know how efficient their internet access is and is it cheap?. Cause I saw some houses who doesnt add internet access to their rent option, a situation where you'll have to pay for internet access. What's you guys take on this.

Assessment in progress. Application last updated 23 July, 2017.

I think you should contact them via phone call, cos they claim visa processing currently takes 52 - 59 days.

So I was going through my application today and realized that I should have clicked the Information Provided button, after the validation of my biometrics collection. This might also be a reason for the delay most of us are experiencing...May the almighty God keep guiding and grant us our visa application.

Anybody with a different point of view, kindly share your experience. Did you or did you not click on the Information Provided button after your biometrics collection was confirmed on the DIBP website.

How long did y’ll have to wait for a telex copy after your account was debited by form A ish?

Atleast 2weeks depending on bank and where you're paying from. I used Firstbank and I'd to wait for 2weeks before I got my telex copy.

Please what's their exchange rate?

Not sure what the exchange rate is buh I believe it should be between 180 - 182, because bank charges also adds to the overall money deducted.

For anybody that's still thinking about payment of Visa Application. FBN naira master card still works for payment and the charges is approximately #168,000...Best of luck to everyone that is still waiting on response from DIBP and to those that's just about to start their application.

Very true happened to me.

Were you sent a personal email from the school stating that your admission has been revoked, even after paying your first semester tuition fee?. Further clarification will be needed please.

Thank you

Please nobody should apply to ECU for now, ECU has rescinded all offers given to Nigerians... Even those that paid initial tuition and OSHC were not left out.
DIBP claimed that Nigerians applying to ECU have no Genuine intention. So ECU was mandated to rescind all offers given to Nigerians.

How true is this, did you get a personal email from the school stating that your admission has been revoked?. Further clarification will be needed please.

Thank you

Yes and my husband is my sponsor.

Were you mandated to pay your first Semester tuition fee before your COE was released?!

If yes, did you use the same account for the payment and how much was the closing balance when you submitted your app.

Thanks!!

First-off you'll have to create an Immiaccount, and start your student Visa Application, if you haven't done that.
While filling the questionnaire for your Student Visa, on your right you'll see list of options on things you can read on.
Click on Health Assessment and follow the steps attached below;
