Pay is ok? Well depending which side you're, but you can get say 60k to 70k and there will be increase in 3 months which take you to 80 to 90k. I am just doing my best to make a career out of this; it pays my bills. Thanks to Nairaland.

I am working in an IT solutions company, were we help design e-solutions for government, private etc. So am in marketing department. I am paid 35k and 5 percent on commission, but since we started nothing has come my way in terms of commission. A few hitches here and there.

But I have a hospitality job say hotel which wants to pay 50k, and as they say there is prospect of career growth. What should I do? Take this offer or continue with my IT guys? Help me, I need it now!
