I used to have a girlfriend, I loved her very much. But after a few years we both lost contact and when I waited for a year and half for her with no words coming forth from nowhere, I met another girl and we started a relationship. The relationship, however, is still on going. Last week, I met my former girlfriend, we talked over stuff that happened between us and how we lost contact but she wasn't really happy I have another girlfriend now but later claims she understands. Right now, she's in town and wants to start a program which is going to last for about 12 months and she needs a place to stay for a couple of weeks until she sorts out her accommodation problem. I have talked it over with my girlfriend about it but she doesn't seem to have anything to say, she said I should do what I think is best. Do you think I should let her stay until she's on her feet around or should I decline her request? Please this is a pressing issue.

ITS POSSIBLE BUT she has to be like a TOTAL BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN/MUSLIM or VERY VERY UGLY. seriously, this is the truth. Why do you need a virgin anyway, there re a lot of experienced good girls around, not whores or cheap ones.
Virgins re too much hassles anyway, and there's a probability once she tastes it when you get married to her, she may cheat on you.

I can act as ur truck manager i.e. u lease the truck 2 me, then u will be getting N30,000 to N60,000 per day depending on the type of truck. All the minor maintenances and fuelling will be done by me (truck manager). If u need more details u can e-mail me on chris_ibu@rocketmail.com

Guys, I met someone who is already in the business, though i work full time now but still want to do this business as am not ready to step out fully now at least not untill the business settles down very well.

He is suggesting, that he runs the truck with his own and he is ready to be paying me N350,000 - N400,000 per month. I need advice from someone in that business asap

1 u can buy a truck ( cant send spec now) while we manage it on ur behalf and make monthly or quarterly CONSTANT AND MANDATORY deposits to u. monthly deposits range from 300k to 500k depending on the truck spec, age and current “health”. U will not be involved in the daily management of the truck or running of the biz.

2 U can have the truck and patner with me to run the biz. We will rely on my expertise, links and experience. U will be involved in the daily running of the biz and we share the risk and the reward at an agreed rate.

This is an overview of the biz, do make ur considerations. Just know that whichever choice u make, there is profit to be made.

I advise u to invest ur money somewhere else.
Trucking biziness is a very lucrative biziness and it yields very quick returns but U have to be very deep into it for u to see any of those returns. First of all the drivers would rob the bejesus out of U. And God save U if any of the spare parts gets worn out and needs to be replaced. The drivers quickly connive with the mechanics and use inferior parts but charge u at the price of the genuine ones. And there is a huge difference my brother, for instance a center bearing from Brazil would cost about fifteen thousand naira while an inferior one from China would just go for say 3000 naira. So apart from them ripping u off, they are also wearing down ur trucks due to frequent maintenace. Ol boy, I could go on and on

However, if U insist u still wanna have something to do with trucks cos U have a source for it, I advice U to consider bringing in those trucks and selling them to local truck companies who have the time , energy and experience to manage trucking biziness. I know a couple of truckers that would be intersted in buying second-hand trucks for thier company.
