In reaction to GANI MUHAMMED AJOWA's post dated 16th February, 2017 in which he alleged Professor Igbekele Ajibefun, a man of history whose mouth-watering and landmark achievements in the history of tertiary education system in Ondo State, in both Federal and State owned institutions, have experienced sporadic developments, to have ruined Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo (RUGIPO) and Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) financially, DON NAVIGATOR INITIATIVES write to debunk the news a total lie aimed at tarnishing the good image of the Vice Chancellor and and an attempt to cause mayhem in the school.

It is true that the management purchase three cars which is mean to to be distributed for three principal officers: registrar, bursar and librarian, and this was approved by the University Senate last year but the cars could not be given to the prospective users because the insurance policy of the cars had not been completed. These cars are what this pathetic Lying Muhammed called 'parting gift' for the highly esteemed Vice Chancellor.

It is pertinent to affirm here that Mr. Gani Muhammed Ajowa is a wailing APC apologist and a god-forsaken propagandist who has come in the order of his boss LIE MUHAMMED to use cheap propaganda to distract Ogbeni ROTIMI AKEREDOLU for noticing the good works of the Vice Chancellor who has elevated Ondo State to greater heights. He also tends to rubbish his effort just as he has always done to PDP appointees who has done his best for the good of Ondo State both home and abroad.

History has it that IGBEKELE AJIBEFUN transformed RUGIPO from a living dead institution into a 21st Century Polytechnic, properly called. Assessing his academic, infrastructural and administrative feats in these institutions he has served, is second to none but to the suprise of all right thinking human beings, some good-for-nothing individuals somewhere said he has ruined the school. What a stinking statement is that! The question that is begging for answer here is IN WHAT ASPECT HAS HE RUINED RUGIPO? Can this LIE MUHAMMED incarnate provide convincing facts to prove his allegations?

Ajowa alleged that Ajibefun purchased a SUV ( Jeep) worth of N45m for himself as a parting gift from office as the Rector of RUGIPO and another one for Hon. Alaba Ojomo from Owo as "shutup" package, and that he has allegedly acquired a few cars of N100m for himself as parting gift. All these are allegations borne out of malice so that the in-coming Governor will see him (AJIBEFUN) as a bad egg and therefore relieve him of his appointment as the Vice Chancellor of the school with the view to considering his own candidate.

In the same vein, he pointed to the fact that Prof. Ajibefun was a principal witness against late Dr. Agagu at the Nabaruma Tribunal in 2007 and that he witnessed for Dr. Segun Mimiko in his capacity as a political boy of Prof. Femi Mimiko. Before his death, did Dr. Segun Agagu debunk the testimonies of Ajibefun as being false? Or has the dead told the living a true lie about the popular tale of DR. SEGUN AGAGU STOLEN MANADATE SAGA OF 2007?

Let Gani Muhammed Ajowa tell us who is more qualified than Professor IGBEKELE AJIBEFUN among those who vied for the office of AAUA VC to justify his claim that AJIBEFUN's testimonial role eventually earned him the Rector of the polytechnic against every known tradition of the school when Dr. Mimiko took over power from Agagu in 2009.

I enjoin this political halleluyah boy to go home, look for a better and well coordinated propaganda against the professor and not this empty message of no societal value.

However, if he feels insulted or factual, let him bring the video that captures the SUV Jeep transaction and copies of the particulars he (AJIBEFUN) used to purchase the allegedly bought Jeep. The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) have announced that the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will hold in May 2017.

This was made known by the JAMB spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, through the Board’s Twitter handle @jambhq

According to him, actual dates will be announced soon. He also advised candidates to beware of false dates and fraudsters.

“2017 UTME is scheduled to hold in May 2017. Actual dates will be announced soon. Beware of false dates and fraudsters,” he said.

Meanwhile, JAMB registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede has explained why an unusual delay has preceded the sales of application forms.

He said the ongoing switch-over in the major thrust of the sale of form which is the scratch card to direct payment into the Treasury Single Account (TSA) was responsible for the delay.

Oloyede said: “We are changing the major trust of the sale which is the scratch card. Candidates used to buy scratch cards to access the forms online and that has been abused thoroughly.

“What we want to do is for students to pay directly to government coffers and we are working out the process of doing so to avoid the type of abuse that it has been subjected to. So, we want to sell directly and to make sure that candidates pay into TSA account.”

Jamb never released official date

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), on Thursday in Abuja, lamented over the activities of some fraudsters using fake websites to dupe unsuspecting public.

According to Prof. Ish-aq Oloyede, JAMB Registrar/Chief Executive in a statement, one of such websites www.askjamb.com is using its platforms to solicit payments for malpractice services in the forthcoming 2017 UTME.



He added that the website had continued to advertise help for candidates with JAMB 2017 live questions and planned malpractice offers to candidates including help within the examination hall.

He, called on the relevant authorities to ensure that www.askjamb.com and its likes are brought down and the perpetrators brought to justice.

He mentioned that the board earlier in January took note of such fraudulent websites and worked with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) to suspend the domain of some of the websites.

He thanked NITDA for taking swift action, but added that there was still much to be done as the some of the suspected websites are still active. This includes www.jambresults.org.ng, www.askjamb.com and www.jamborgng.info

He warned the public to be fearful of such websites as they are not related to JAMB.

800,000-350,000 is 450,000 profit, let me say we make 300,000 naira profit.

Now if you target right you can sell 50 pieces of this itm two times in a month which is 100 pieces a month. Which means you will be making 600,000 monthly with a good marketing.

So if you can be making 600,000 naira profit monthly then in 12 months you can make 7,200,000 which is even more than the 5000,000 to build you a house.

The Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board , Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, has said 1.7 million candidates are expected to sit for 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination in April.

He said this on Tuesday in Abeokuta at the sideline of the examination body’s Information and Communication Technology retreat involving civil society groups, students and other major stakeholders.

The two -day retreat held within the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library complex in Abeokuta.

He said the JAMB also aimed at increasing the capacities of its Computer Based Test Centres in order to make the April examination seamless. He said , “We are expecting 1.7 million candidates to sit for the UTME this year and we want to make sure we satisfy these candidates within a week or thereabout.
“That is why we are increasing the capacity of the Computer-Based Test Centres to be able to examine more candidates within a given date.” Oloyede noted that there were changes and innovations ongoing which would send some illegal operators who had defrauded candidates in the past, out of business. The JAMB boss, however, said the examination body would not be deterred in its mission to serve its candidates better.

On Dec. 8th 2016 when i was traveling to Abuja, i bought $700 paypal funds from Job Splendz Usman and i paid him immediately.

Some few moments later, the owner of the paypal account that i used in receiving the $700 fund, (Michael O. Michaels) called me and said that the fund was pending and would be released in 21 days.

I called Job Splendz immediately and asked for a refund because i needed the Paypal fund immediately and couldn't wait until 21 days.

After some few hours, he refunded me and i told him that i would login and refund him the $700 immediately. He started begging that i should not refund the money, that paypal would limit his account for too much refund.

I said ok, and i agreed to help him keep the funds until 21 days.

Now, Fast Forward to 2 weeks later, just some few days before the fund was to be released , Paypal limited my friend's account and all the funds in the account were reversed back to the senders, including Job Splendz's $700.

My friend also lost some money too because all the funds in his account were reversed, including his own money. And the account was blocked.

Now this is exactly what happened.

On that particular day that i bought the $700 PayPal funds from Job Splendz, an email was sent to my friend from Paypal, claiming that the fund was from Ebay and it would be released when the buyer is satisfied with his order. (SEE SCREENSHOTS BELOW)

When my friend's Paypal account got limited, he called Paypal and they said it was because of the $700.

Paypal said the fund was from Ebay, but this guy kept arguing that it was from Fiverr.

Now this is my question;

1. If the fund was truly from Fiverr and if it was legit, why did he refuse that i refund him that day? If i had refunded him, this bullshit and embarrassment wouldn't have happened.

2. If the fund was truly from fiverr, then why was it placed on HOLD for 21 days? I have never heard that a Fiverr payment was placed on HOLD.

3. If the fund was truly from Fiverr, then why is Paypal saying it is from Ebay? Does it mean that Paypal is lying?

A lot of people are capitalizing on the screenshot Job Splendz posted of me saying I won't pay him a dime. I'm sorry that u guys feel bad about that, i only said those things out of anger.

Secondly, the money I promised to pay him was just to calm him down before the issues is resolved.

The only solution to this problem is to call paypal and ask them were the $700 came from and where it is presently.

Certainly the money is not with me, and it's not in the Paypal account of my friend (Michael O. Michael) because all the money in his account were refunded.

Judging from this story, you guys can see that this is not my fault. And i dare Job Splendz to come out and swear that this was not exactly what happened. If there is an atom of lie in this post, pls come out and say it publicly.

I will also advice some of u guys not to judge someone based on a one sided story. There are always 2 sides to a story.

Efforts of the Management of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, at making its Faculty Agriculture the best in the country, has received a boost as the Director of the State Cocoa Revolution Project, Dr. Ajibayo Oyebade, benchmarked the Varsity’s cocoa seedlings the best among the over 10,000 nursery locations in the State.
Dr. Oyebade made the revelation on Wednesday last when his team visited the AAUA Cocoa Nursery. The visit was to inspect the seedling and expand the relationship between the University and the State Cocoa Revolution Project.
Dr. Oyebade said, “I am so impressed that your seedlings have a torch of University. If I take you to other locations, you will see the differences. This means the position of the University Management in terms of research and Cocoa production in Ondo state for establishing the new rehabilitation of plantation of the seedlings are the first key point.
“We have seen today that AAUA is on course. This cocoa nursery is very encouraging and very impressive. This University is in good standing collaborate with us, particularly in the areas of research and educating the farmers. And I use this medium seek the cooperation of the University Management.”
The Director expressed the hope that the University would use its first batch of seedlings to establish a cocoa farm as promised by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Igbekele Ajibefun, noting that the cocoa revolution would continue to collaboration and ensure that farmers make use of University’s seedlings as a way of re-launching cocoa plantation chain in the Northern Senatorial District of Ondo State.
Meanwhile, Prof. Igbekele, who had earlier commended the efforts of the Ondo State CRP at making the state to maintain it number status in cocoa production, said the University, through its Faculty of Agriculture, would influence the nation’s economy.
The VC added the AAUA Faculty of Agriculture would be the best among the leading faculties in Nigerian University in terms of research and quality production in Agriculture.
Prof. Ajibefun said, “Our University is located in the State (Ondo) that has the highest cocoa production in Nigeria, and we will cocoa production very serious. We have started already. Our Faculty of Agriculture which is less than three years old has taken up the challenge and I can tell you that in the next few years, the Faculty that will be outstanding among same faculties in Nigeria because we want to make a practical contribution to the Economy in Nigeria.
“We are going to have the Demonstration Farm so that we can demonstrate the best practices in Cocoa production, so that in the few years Cocoa production in Ondo North senatorial District will be something that is Great.”
The VC promised that the 1,000 cocoa seedlings would planted on the Varsity’s farmland, adding that plans were on to expand the cocoa nursery.

Sahara Reporters is reporting that president Buhari might need to remain in London for as long as four month to attend the medical issues facing him.

According to the news outlet, the president requires a major surgery that would force him to miss work for at least four months.

The statement issued by Mr. Adesina was silent on the exact date of the president’s return.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari has written the National Assembly of his desire to extend his vacation citing medical reasons.

The president had gone on a 10-day vacation in the UK which also included medical check-up and was expected back in the country on Monday, January 6.

Mr. President expresses his sincere gratitude to Nigerians for their concern, prayers and kind wishes.

Meanwhile, Former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo reacted to the rumour that President Buhari had died describing those peddling the rumour as wicked.

He said the president needed “our prayers and best wishes, which will ginger his morale to come back more stronger and better.”

Obasanjo said the issue needed not be politicised and said it was wrong to wish anyone dead irrespective of differences and recalled he has been the victim of rumoured death while in office.

He said: “If you don’t like him, wait for another election, not going about to say he is dead. No matter his health situation, we should pray for him to recover quick and come back more stronger and better.

“For anyone wishing him dead, such person or group of persons are callous, wicked and treacherous.”

An appeals court on Sunday dismissed the United States Department of Justice’s request to restore President Donald Trump’s executive order temporarily barring citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the country.

A federal judge in Seattle had on Friday blocked the controversial executive order, which placed a 90-day travel ban on citizens of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia, and Yemen and a 120-day ban on refugees from all countries.

Mr. Trump argued that the order would protect Americans from radical Islamist terrorists.

But the judge in Friday’s ruling, James Robart, questioned the president’s justification for the ban, pointing out that no attack in the U.S. had been carried out by an individual from the seven affected countries since the September 11, 2001 attacks. The attacks were carried out by individuals from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Lebanon, whose citizens are not affected by the ban.

Mr. Trump blasted the ruling of the “so-called judge” in a series of tweets on Saturday.

The Department of Justice subsequently appealed the decision and requested an “immediate administrative stay” of the ruling. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco denied the request, further frustrating Mr. Trump’s efforts to block immigrants and refugees from entering the U.S.

The ban has been met with widespread criticism, with many arguing that it is discriminatory towards Muslims. The Trump administration, however, has denied that the executive order is a “Muslim ban.”

During the just concluded post jamb screening exercise, most candidates complained how some people who claimed to be admission officers of AAUA telling them that they will assist them about their online screening while they give them money in return, some aspirants fall victims of this,now online registration will soon start and this is the ideal time for them to perpetrate their evil doing again ,abstain from those set of people ,once you face one or two challenges during your registration please report to the ICTAC unit.

The 2016/2017 online registration for the newly admitted students will commence tomorrow according to the school calendar, note that you can do your online registration without coming down to campus,upload your required documents as directed by the appropriate quarters.Incase you experience difficulties during the registration, don't hesitate to report it to ICTAC unit.

Furthermore, during the process of your registration, if you were asked to provide your email address and mobile number, please don't provide INVALID email address and don't create email address and abandon it after your registration sticks to the email address provided during the registration in order to avoid facing unnecessary difficult throughout your stay in the university.

Finally, monitor your registration from beginning to the end and make sure you provide the necessary requirements, once the registration commence you will see the listed requirement online (www.aaua.edu.ng)
