Sir, my brain says that a government that had a manifesto and list of what to do and what not to do as indicated during the campaign period and had been in office for one year have not been able integrate them into a working document called the budget is an issue of concern. Whatsoever that is behind that, should be sorted out soon to get the nation running. It's not giving a too good impression of the government.

My country Nigeria can't produce a budget after one year. Hope we don't get to operate in lieu all through the remaining there years?

That the new licensed institution is a PALM university naturally makes it a palm produce research institute. Was there no existing agricultural departments in already existing state owned institutions to handle such area of interest.
We know of Rochas love for lands and palm produce, let's all believe this was not done to promote that personal interest of his. Being that he is getting the state into another huge liability by engaging in the venture at the last lap of his administration.
Certainly Imo must get better someday. Till that day comes, we all should continue in prayers and not slumber. It's well.
