What process do i need to take to replace my old Nokia C5 00

one of the attributes of a progressive change in a nation is the speedy dispensation of justice. the courts should do well to deliver its judgement on this issue, so we can get past it and face other issues.

A crime that was commited in 2003 is being given a judgement in december 2015, why was this man's judgement delayed uptill today? shouldnt the judiciary take blame for delaying judgement?
the guy choose to defend himself probably because he cant afford a lawyer and dosent trust the government lawyer to aid him out.
he may have confessed out of the truma and phsycological toture expirenced over his long stay in awaiting trial status.
is death by hanging the only option before the biased judge for such a crime? what is the difference between him and others returning billions of naira secretly to PMB?
this to me is an unfair judgement considering the time of the act, time of judgement delivery, the type of judgement given to the man, the amount involved etc
the judge should have taken into consideration of the failure of the judiciary to dispense justice on time, the amount involved vis-a-vis what is happening in our society before giving such crystal clear biased judgement. that guy i believe must be a product of a failled society in which those that plundered the society are being rewarded with No prosecution and even minsterial appointment.

My Lumia 435 has a cracked screen at the upper left hand side of the phone, and the phone is still under warranty by Slot office cus i bought the phone less than 8months ago. i was told to replace the screen at 6k for the back button and home screen to work again, thou, i was informed that replacing the screen is not a guranty of the phone responding accurately again.
the problems with the phone is the home and back button dosent work, it kind of screen shoots itself at intervals with vibrations
i'm worried that since replacing the screen is not a guranty, it would violet the warranty agreement but its worst that i cant see the Firmware version of the phone using *#0000#
so i'm having a feeling that a sub-starndard phone was sold to me.
pls advice me on what best to do and restore my phone
