The guy is delivering effectively as expected. Just imagine if that jet was shut down in either south west, south east or south south geographical zones of Nigeria... Nigeria Army and Police that worn laurels in International assignments have been reduced to "mere Attack Dogs that barks and bite as SHOWN". Little wonder they are no like longer invited for collaborative international assignments in recent times. |
But information minister Lai Muhammad says nothing like that exist. Why is the Senate and House of Reps about to spend borrowed funds for lobby over a contract that is not in existence? I don't know which arm of the government to believe again. DefHQ: |
atango:You are very correct, Private business cows have the right of way on public funded roads in Naija. Only in Naija will a Professor commit irregularities for politicians during elections but comes back to school to catch me for exam malpractice. |
professore:One thing is recommending you for a job, your safety, postings etc depends on your attitude while on the job. Are you the social bird type? Are you the type that values living very close to your immediate family at all times? If yes, go for immigration. But if you are out for field adventures, and the conservative type, I think DSS suits you. Go for one that you can easily align with vis-à-vis your personality and expectations as working class man. Best of luck. |
Kwantinue, Nice piece |

They are now seen as attack dogs of the politicians over unarmed citizens. The undisciplined politician has messed up the long suffering disciplined military officer. |
Hope this doesn't mean or seen as a directive to under report their activities? They can report their factual news without telling the world steps being taken by the military. |
Just as all Technologists in Owerri have upgraded themselves to Dentists. Any little complaint of discomfort is automatically leads to extraction of not less than 3 to 4 teeth. Thereafter, complications will make you pray to return back to your initial discomfort state. Dental Council of Nigeria, are you guys in Imo State? |
He who gathers ant infested woods have invited the lizard for launch. Let all Nigerians involved in this insecurity business continue cashing out, sooner than later, money will loose its taste and value in their mouths one by one. Karma remembers everyone's address, irrespective of his/her status in the society. My heart goes to the innocent victims, whom faith/destiny have brought close to these set of selfish persons that now have to partake in doom meant for them. |
Nigeria my country, After paying tax via PAYE, a civil servant goes ahead to pay Development levy to the state... Its alright. For the herdsmen, as he pays cow/cattle levy, would you stop bandits from rustling his cattle? Will you provide incentives to help him grow his business in a defined area? Fair play is the key |
No you are not in a toxic relationship, Infact you are not in any relationship You are one EXTRA SOURCE OF INCOME amongst her Extra sources of income. As for your future, it will begin when you start having your own extra sources of income, she is already living her future. |
RIP to the Innocent human victims. Why do they steal the cows? They steal to either raise cash for their financial needs or Disguise with them as herdsmen, while moving down to other states of the nation with challenges associated with such movements. Yet Big Government is kicking against states opposed to Open Grazing of cows/cattles in their respective states. Is the Government encouraging them to steal cows from real herdsmen and move them to the south for trouble? How many real herdsmen are currently taking their cows for open grazing in the face of cow/cattle rustling in the north and concerns associated with it in the south? The real herdsmen are deprived of their goods in the north, the killer herdsmen is protected by Government as he destroys peoples farms and livelihoods in every part of the country he sets his foot on in the name of grazing rustled cows/cattle. The rustled cows/cattle's now serving as means of conveyance of terror on innocent citizens across the nation. I believe any person or group of persons opposed to a ban on open grazing is behind this unending insecurity issues in the country. |
Coming from a Chief Security officer of a State, what then can the ordinary man say/do? Yes, insurgency have big time sponsors whom have grown beyond the government or that are in the government, as security and government can't lay hands on them. I hate to say that he just admitted failure of the government or government willful silence on the mayhem going on in the north, especially. (Those not in government are spoken to in a language they understand by the security forces) For the NYSC being a reserve team, A unit created to help wipe away thoughts and experience of the civil war in now being proposed to prepare for war......(War against who and for who).. Its alright. On issue of PATRIOTISM, for every SINGLE ACT of Patriotism exhibited by our political leaders as a group, the ordinary young/old Nigerian from the South, North, West and East is willing and ready to reciprocate same a 100 times and over. Not when they bleed the nation via implementation of selfish/greedy policies and programs, (and display their loots via their various lifestyles and those of their wards) they now except their citizens whose childhood ambitions have been redesigned/ reprogrammed, that are busy looking out for basic daily bread to exhibit patriotism. Fairplay is a necessity to living in a society. |
I bow down in shame on his behalf. Does he understand what Democracy is and what it entails? No. Is his constituency aware of this bill? How can someone enjoying Democratic dividend move against Democratic principles? PDP, this is another own goal oh, This is what you get when you sell your ticket to highest bidders with fine face for offices they no nothing about its history/struggles before their assumption of office. Are you sure this guy is intouch with his constituency? I doubt. Shame! Shame!! Shame!!! |
Crazy fellows, Was it their Governors that deliberated and passed the PIB and the Electoral Act Bills? People that never raised objection voices all through the process are coming up now to blab. Excuse me |

Its finished nah! Where you see attachee attach ni. However, we keep pushing. Thanks |
psucc:Woow, I thought no one remembers that anymore. |
Femmyfestus:NIA, always on my mind. |
Would you and I have heard the story if the guy had killed her? While I won't take her story as pure truth, one fact is obvious to all, "There was no love/likeness between two of them" it was purely for business purposes. Then, you and I know how guys with loads of cash and connect "treat their bush meats" Apologies for using that expression ladies. Its a lesson for the living and in the game, that, some times, goodness may take flight and "the hunter becomes the hunted". Agreements once reached should be fulfilled, irrespective of ones thought/perception that he or she is dealing with a weaker person, who can never react or fight them back, for sometimes, the perceived weaker person can be more brutal in reaction than the noisy acclaimed strong person. |
Recurring constants 1. Fair ladies 2. Igbo ladies 3. Ex beauty Queen's What are the common denominators/backgrounds for these preferences? |
An institution of higher learning, educating you on your basic human rights and privileges as a member of the society is demanding an oath from you, not to apply such rights and privileges in her immediate environment. Where were we in this country? |
Thank GOD for your life Bro. |
Reactionary government. Guess, if not for social media bashing, we would have continued from where we stopped at AGF son's wedding on Saturday. |
![]() NIS that is still looking for fund to conclude 2019 recruitment is now registering people for 2021? NSCDC will soon start their own on civildefencerecruitment.org Naija......... |
So, Worker offers his services to government. Worker pays tax to government. Worker buys things from the business man in the market at exorbitant prices. Government collects tax and rent from businessman in the market. Government deducts workers salary to build market. This life no balance at all |
Whose responsibility is to "Protect lives and properties of Nigerians" Who does the security chiefs report to? Why is the entire Nigeria security system centralized? You love the assets while engaging in blames over its attached liabilities. |
tempusfugit:Please tell me what they want to achieve that made it a great idea. Are those "achievements" not within the roles and responsibilities of Livestock/Vet department of the Ministry of Agriculture? Is NAFDAC not charged with the responsibility of achieving those objectives ? These MDA's gulp billions every year in the federal budget. Let's help ourselves in this country, abeg. |
And they say " Black is not Beautiful" Happy Birthday Genny, Happy Birthday Ada Mba5, Real Stock, No Packaging. |
ivandragon:Nigeria's current financial woes is to be blamed on LACK OF SYNERGY between the current economic management team and the politicians. How do I mean? The economic management team ought to have seen this reality as far back as 2019 and ensure strict implementation of measures to address the situation before today. Yes, you will mention social investment programs, but of what market value is the cash given out to the masses via those programs and for how sustainable is such for a nation that depends on oil and facing the threat of dwindling crude oil price in the international market. The politicians are on their own part requesting and collecting raw cash for developmental projects in their constituency to either build the projects or share the raw cash. They also saw the insecurity situation as a business to cash out real dollar bills, a reason why they lacked the will to probe missing funds meant to procure arms for the defense of the country. Effective leadership is key to bringing the nation out of this reality, let persons with knowledge and skills in national economic management lead the economic team (Not stressing the VP, who is of the legal world and except him to perform miracle as head of economic management team). The politicians should also be forced to comply with extant financial guidelines and laws, as such laws are meant for the economic stability of the nation as a country. On the insecurity situation, till Government and her appointees starts seeing it that they are running their administration down and doing a great disservice to the nation, it will not come to an end. Its sad to accept the fact that the Nigeria army and police that have achieved feats in international assignments cannot safeguard her local and international boundaries. |
FarahAideed:Don't forget the solar power initiatives and the claim that Nigerians enjoy an average of 12hrs supply of electricity everyday. Who and what got the fuel consumption from to 60 million? |
noisy45:Its either Nigeria is broke or an embargo was placed on enrolling staff into the ipps. Not to worry, election period is close by, then they will enroll for political patronage. meanwhile, don't forsake your previous bill payment hustle, its your lifeline before ipps. All the best. |
