Well feeding him is relatively easy....I give him a particular food I get from my vet....name is dog ration I'll post a pic below, I mix canned food in there along with other things he likes like fish or chicken....about his age...my counting is not exact...I got him at one month so every week on that day I add a week to his age..he might be a few days older tho

He never associates with outside dogs...I was as surprised also when I heard it was parvo, don't know what's wrong this time

Hey guys, so a few weeks ago my pup started vomiting and stooling then his appetite went out, I took.him to the vet when he was treated for parvo...he make a recovery and started eating again, but yesterday the same symptoms happened again, the vomiting and stooling, his appetite was shortened also, he eats but way too little to.matter and he's gotten really lean so fast, is this a second wave of parvo or is there something I can do to help

I have actually been wandering about this for a while now, I spoke with some people a while ago about the short coat and the long/plush coat gsd. They majorly assume that the short coat gsd we majorly see here in Nigeria has been watered down or are not pure in some way. Ive also seen buyers that would prefer the long coat gsd to the short, correct me if I'm wrong also but even a few breeders who import the gsd from the US or other countries import the long/plush coat. But we do realize that these short coat German shepherds are what are majorly used for police military work
Well my question is what's the main hype about the long coat

So I came across this app today, it runs and shows the type of breed and how pure your dog is. Note the results are not always consistent, test it when my girl was laying doing and it shows 89% but i get a better result with a standing posture. The app try Sha at least identifying the breed is 90% accurate. My thoughts thou.

During the weekend,a man came to the compound and he requested to see me..
He came with a nice Rott which happens to be on heat
He said he came for crossing and how much do I charge?
I told him Thor isn't mature enough to mate cus he's just 42weeks(10months+) old...
He said he's a breeder and male dogs can start breeding from 7months upwards.
So,I told him even if he's sexually matured I still won't cross Thor with Bell(his rott) and he repeated the same statement "I'm a breeder and I would like to try something new especially with this your Black Boerboel"

A dog can mate as soon as he reaches sexual maturity as at 7-8 months...buh its more advisable to mate when the dog is at least a year and half to have better chances...buh yeah its possible I have a friend whose 11 month old gsd mated with his Labrador and she gave birth

I got a Lhasa after some months and she died of parvo

Ur vet is suppose to give a shot for parvo immunity as a puppy, my gsd had parvo and I noticed it fast...thats another thing you need to notice these things fast....when I noticed he had parvo I took.him to.the vet for his treatment, and I had to wat h over him for.the following days giving him.the vet prescribed drugs and he was back.to.normal on.the second.day

No need to be aggressive oga...if u no nothing about gsd dont talk trash...the dog is a gsd puppy...I can show u pics of my puo at that age with that same kind of ears compared to now

Just got my new sable gsd after my previous dog died, he's been awsome far and training has been great.
