Since tinubu came in clearing increased by about 70% and FX also increased. Figure out what the price of cars will then be.

Let it be on record that this thread was almost dead as Buhari leaves office but was revived with Tinubu's policies on importation.

How market now. The attached vehicle just arrived and I can't sell it less than 8m based on current clearing cost and FX rate. I brought in similar car last year and sold for less than 6m. I brought in similar 2 years ago and sold for less than 5m.

Just curious, will you comfortably load an inverter to 50% capacity as a continuous load?

Depends on the type of inverter if there was a 3kw Deye for instance (I think what they have is a 3.6) I will definitely be comfortable with loading it 50% continuous without worry. Some axpert can hold such load comfortably as well. However no matter how cheap the inverter may be if a 5kw can't do 1.5kw load continuously then such thing should not be in the league of inverters.

1500W is a lot of load

1) At least 10KW of solar panels

2) Not less than 10KVA or 8KW inverter

3) 200A charge controller

4) Minimum of 30KWH battery, I'll recommend lithium batteries

He should be fine with a good 3kw inverter or max 5kw. He will be lucky if he gets every every within a 7m budget especially if he wants actual 30KWH capacity of lithium backup. DIY should fit the budget
