probably their engine oil is not fake, probably they were unable to register and get approved by relevant authorities, government should make it easier for starters. This is how I went to NAFDAC and SON for approval for my product they frustrated me, how can you ask a beginner to get a land probably erect a structure before they'll come and inspect/approve your product.
