Let me quickly point out something to you. I clicked on your advert on nairaland and it led me to account.kudisms.net/register.php for me to register. To me, it lacks the hook to get new clients. Why not have a landing page like kudisms.net/welcome and welcome the client. Inform him that you are aware he landed here because he clicked on your advert banner. Since your advert text talks about 'undelivered sms', tell him more about how frustrating it is for one to have his sms not delivered on time or at all. Then, inform him that you are here to solve the issue by offering him a premium portal that delivers sms instantly. Convince him to register and test the delivery speed. Then have a nice 'call to action' button like [Get Started Now] which will then lead him to the register.php page. Welldone sir.

@Creativeweb, your points are very valid. The key thing here is taking the business as a serious one. My Motivation is International Companies like Infobip, RouteSMS, Clickatell and others. These guys have staff in several countires and constantly advertise their business. But some folks down here just cop a reseller site and go to sleep. A simple Google Search for "Bulk SMS in Nigeria"will throw up advert of Infobip, Clickatell, Message Bird etc.

It is either you do serious advert or do SEO if you have the technical knowhow. You just need to raise your head above the sea of thousands Bulk SMS websites jostling for traction.

That will be 250,000 sms per month. If your profit is 50kobo, then you are sure of 125k per month from these 50 persons or oganisations. Most bankers are paid 70k or 80k per month, yet they slave from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 8pm.

This month alone, I am rolling out a massive campaign. I have printed 12,000 copies of handbills for advert.

Just get a reliable sms provider like www.smsnaija247.com and focus on advertising your business. You should never use a provider that will not deliver sms for your clients. Nobody is talking about cheap sms now. What people want now is 100% delivery. Most serious bulk sms providers sell at #2/sms now and their clients are still patronizing them. I got two clients last week that complained of their former provider. They compalined about lack of instant sms delivery. Pls get a reliable and premium sms provider like www.smsnaija247.com. Never use cheap and economical sms route.

Let me come in at this point. @Creativeweb has done a very good job by listing 4 providers and even shared their prices. I will summarise by saying that INFOBIP is still one of the MOST Reliable providers you can think of. But as he said, their rates don't come cheap and they are also very stubborn during negotiations. They hardly shift grounds.

The past experience with Indian providers show that they offer you cheap prices, but their service is below par (I can't say for now if they have stepped up).

So you need to take a decision about the QUALITY of service you want to render. The Bulk SMS Service is Realtime, you cannot lie about the service delivery.

You will save yourself a lot of stress and put your mind to rest if you use reliable providers.

The price you are looking at might be unrealistic if you need a RELIABLE service delivery. Reliable bulk SMS gateways cannot be gotten for as low as 90kobo for 1 page of 160 characters. Be informed that there exists 2 types of billing in bulk SMS biz. Some sell cheap and deduct more than 1unit per sms while others charge you exactly 1unit per sms. So do well to verify the billing system before purchase.
