Yes you can pickup yourself. Go with photocopy of ur international passport, write your tracking number on it.

Ignore that, you can pickup in person or send a third party. If you want to pickup ursef just go with photocopy of your international passport n write ur tracking number on it.

Thank you so much.. I will send a third party cos I’m in Osogbo and my friend is in lag.. he will help me pick up and send it through dhl.. I guess it will be more cheaper than vfs sending it.

Oga why worried about tracker? Since VFS as confirmed that her passport has been received, then wait till you get email that her passport is ready for collection in Lagos.

She should just be patient they would deliver the passport within 5days to the address in the application..


She sent the passport for stamping on Wednesday 05/07/2023 via DHL and vfs just confirmed they have received her passport.. But while try using the tracking number sent to her to check for updates , it keep saying NO RECORD FOUND

I don't think they allow dhl or ups to deliver the passport after visa is stamp, you will need to opt for VFS courier service or pick it in person


Is it possible to send someone to help you pick up your passport after stamping?

These letters take most times to be dispatched, considering the amount of visa approvals IRCC been giving lately. This hasn't happened in the history of Canada before.
