A spiritual world exists, invisible to the physical eyes. The natural or physical realm also exists which is the one we are more familiar with. As real as the physical realm, more real is the spiritual realm. This subject is a very wide one but I'll just do a sharp introduction today.
Spiritual portals also exist. These are openings in the spirit that allows for transaction between the spiritual realm and the physical world. They are access gates that allow for heaven to break into the earth and earth accessing the realities of the spirit. The opening of portals is key in operating the supernatural. They are essential in the supernatural finding expression on the natural and the natural drawing resources from the realm of the spirit.


Lift up your heads, o ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Psalms 24:7

In the text where we read, we see a spiritual portal opened over Jacob and the location he was at that time. The result was angels of God ascending and descending. The gateway of the supernatural was opened to him and the supernatural became visible. In seeing and experiencing the supernatural, it is essential we understand how to open up or access spiritual portals.
There is an invasion of God, the outburst of revival on the earth. Angelic activities become frequent as this happens. The supernatural becomes real rather than being theoritical.

Our fathers walked in strange realms of glory and revival because they understood portals. Certain portals were opened to them. Some only discovered the openings and aligned themselves to something that already existed.
If we must see these dimensions, there are certain portals that must open up to us. And there are certain portals that have already been opened but left unaccessed for ages. We must rediscover them and align ourselves to the moving of God in that realm.


Personal Portals





And he saith unto him, verily, verily, I say unto you, hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

The first portal the Lord is interested in opening is portals over individuals where the reality of God can be experiential in the lives and hearts of men. In the pursuit of God, men will begin to come into a deeper walk with the Lord. The reason why the christian life is so boring for so many is because what they profess is not yet a reality in their lives. The Lord, the things of the spirit seem abstract and not real. The supernatural life seem far fetched. But we are in a season and time where God is giving people access. Personal Portals opening for spiritual realities.
Many will be opened up to the Lord, His ways and His acts. Much more will be opened up to visions, dreams, revelations and the Prophetic. The Lord will begin to open up the supernatural to the heart of men so we can convey same on the earth realm. The openings will be so real that it won't be difficult to communicate God to our generation. We will convey Him with convicting and demonstrating power. The things we have struggled with for so long in our bid to reveal the King will no longer be a struggle. It will become easy because we've been given access, we will recognize those openings and learn how to maximize them. Portals are opening, God is calling men into realms.

Peter also at one time or the other walked in the dimension of the special anointing(Acts 5:15-16). All Peter needed to do was walk pass and all manner of supernatural wonders were taking place.

Your body may not be able to contain it for too long. As you sense that anointing come on you, just go right on to quickly minister with it, because such anointing operates within a very short moment and lifts. So, understanding it is necessary, sensitivity is needed. The advantage is that so much unimaginable happens in such short moment.
In the scriptures I highlighted, EVERYONE that was under that manifestation of the special anointing in the earthly ministry of Jesus, Peter and Paul ALL received a miracle. Under such atmospheres, no special faith is needed to receive anything. It seems that God's sovereignty and benevolence is in operation at such point. Anybody can receive anything under such cloud, around such aura.
In that kind of atmosphere, the minister can wave his hand over a section of tens or hundreds of people and they'll all go down under the power and not one person will be standing, sometimes even knocking down the minister himself. We need this dimension more frequently in other to enforce the counsel of God more effectively.

There is a void in every man for the supernatural. The spirit realm is real just like the natural real is real. I've emphasized numerous times that the supernatural world consists both of the divine plane and a demonic plane. One is the realm of reality of the Spirit of the Lord and His hosts - the divine plane. The other is the sphere of influence of satan and his cohorts - demonic plane. And this planes consists of their dimensions and peculiarities. Rules that guide the operation of this realms.
In our bid to experiencing the supernatural, I see it necessary to warn us of certain things so as not to stumble into error or demonic dimensions. Whatever satan can offer is far little compared to what we can experience in the Lord. Jesus is the Master of the supernatural world, satan only copied the craft.

Seek the Lord
I believe personally that it is good to desire the supernatural. Infact, our walk with God and the christian life will be boring without the supernatural. The reason why so many people seek fulfillment and excitement outside Christ is because we've presented them a gospel void of the supernatural. Nevertheless, it is also expedient to know that in our bid to experiencing the supernatural, we do not seek them. It is the Lord we are to seek. It is dangerous, very dangerous to our spiritual health to seek the experience and not the personality - Jesus the Lord. The experience is good, there is nothing wrong in having divine supernatural encounters, but knowing the Lord is much more important. It is as we press in our pursuit of the Lord and in our knowledge of Him that we begin to experience true and genuine encounters from the Lord.
The problem with so many of us is that we want the experience but we don't want the Lord. The reason why the Lord grant us encounters is to bring us into deeper intimacy with Him. And the Lord does not bring us into deeper realities if we are not ready to be intimate with Him. It is as we are intimate with Him that our will can be yielded and surrendered for Him to have His way through us to enforce His agenda on the earth.
The implication for those who don't desire intimacy first with Him is that they begin to seek for alternatives, methods and mediums. And as they do this, they open themselves up to a dimension that is not God.

What is your motive?
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to Everyman to profit withal.
1 Corinthians 12:7

The reason the Lord gives us access into spiritual realities is to advance His Kingdom. It is not to fulfill our own personal agenda. For those who have stayed around God for sometimes, you'll understand that as you come into Fellowship with the Lord, the first thing that happens is that your motives are exposed and corrected. You can't fulfill the will of God with your own will intact. What is the motive for which you want the supernatural?. If your motive is wrong, the Lord won't grant you access to spiritual realities. Is your desire to become another superman?. Do you want it so everyone can bow at your feet?. The reason God wants to show us His glory is so we can bring Him glory.
I had been praying with a brother for two days for the HolySpirit baptism with the evidence of speaking with tongues, he couldn't receive it. I was asking the Lord what the problem was and the Lord said, 'his motive'. His motive was set right and on the spot he began to speak with tongues. Experiencing the supernatural life is not for competition. It is for Kingdom advancement.

Stay in the Word
We are to test every spirits(1John 4:1). Apart from the means of spiritual discernment (Hebrews 5:14) which defers in degree in terms of spiritual sensitivity for each believer according to levels of spiritual maturity, another way to test spirits, infact the surest way, is by the Word of God. Don't accept every manifestation or encounters to be from God. Not all supernatural occurrences are from the Lord.
In line with this, I'll like to warn that we be careful the kind of atmospheres we come into as we hunger for the supernatural. The anchor scripture suggests that such atmospheres possess the capacity to defile us. There is a need for believers to be grounded and sound in God's word so that when we come into certain atmosphere, we can judge if it is God or not. As we manifest the supernatural, it is safe we stay within the confines of scriptures. Extremism have always quenched the move of the Spirit, introducing something that was never God . As we are clothed with the spirit of humility as well as armed with the sound understanding of God and His word, we are in safe zone.
The supernatural world is all around us, let's be careful what we read, what we hear, where we go, who imparts us. Not everything supernatural is God.

I once knew a brother who lived around us in Lagos, who ran mad in the middle of the night. They had prayed for him, all to no avail. He was even quoting scriptures in that condition. All through the incident, I never visited him. I was making supplication for him and I saw in a vision where he was reading magical books. I immediately knew that was where the problem was coming from. He had opened himself up to something that was not the Spirit of God. In his calm state, I confronted him with what I saw and he confirmed it was true. He had been browsing magical sites and secretly learning magical spells. Be careful what you browse!. Let your zeal be guided by correct knowledge.
I have been privileged to counsel people who began manifesting certain negative traits because someone laid hands on them or because they pertook in a negative impartation. They were opened up to something that was not the Spirit of God. I can recount many testimonies in this line but for time and space.
Let the word of God dwell in you richly and stay within the confines of the word of God.
Nothing is more supernatural than God!.

Portals are spiritual gateways through which man interfaces with the supernatural. For a believer, via a spiritual portal, he is given access to a spiritual reality in other to deploy same on the earth in fulfilling the counsel of God.
It is the Lord that initiates the opening of portals, with the cooperation of man. Man also has a part to play.
James the beloved was brother to James the great. The churches of Smyrna, Pergamos, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicia and Thyatira were founded by him. From Ephesus he was ordered to be sent to Rome, where it is affirmed he was cast into a cauldron of boiling oil. He escaped by a miracle without injury. Domitian afterwards banished him into the Island of Patmos, where he wrote the Book of Revelation. Nerva, the successor of Domitian recalled him. He was the only Apostle who escaped a violent death.

A portal of Revelation opened up for him in that Island.
I believe John was a person of intimacy with the Lord. An Island is always a place of seclusion, isolation and solitude. It was in this condition he had a visitation.
I personally believe that as believers consecrate themselves to seek the Lord, as we are constant in the place of intimacy and fellowship, yearning for the Lord and desiring that His will be done, we will have the supernatural open up to us. Spiritual things happens only in response to a demand.
Newton third law of motion states; Action and reaction are equal and opposite. Such parallel exists in the spiritual. Any reaction you see in the spirit, it had been provoked by a commesurate action in the physical. Revival is a response to man's cry to God. There can be no downpour without first an evaporation.
In the case of Jacob in Genesis 28:12-17, the place where he had that encounter was the place of the altar, a place of fellowship where his forefather had called upon the name of the Lord. A portal already existed there. By divine arrangement God made him stumble into the atmosphere that had already been created years ago before he was born. He came into that concentration and he had that encounter.

Conclusively, we must understand that believers in the new testament have been given access(Ephesians 2:18). But we can begin to come into certain manifestations or experience as we seek the Lord and His agenda or as we align ourselves with a spiritual portal already existing.
Sometimes, in certain cases, under certain conditions, it is wise to align ourselves with something the Lord had already began to do, it will save us a lot of energy and time.

Balaam was a strange kind of prophet, he knew the technique of conversing both with the divine and demonic realm. He understood the ways of darkness and combined it with the divine. That is not a good one. He was a sorcerer. God abhors such, it contaminates the genuine ability of God upon the life of a man. It opens that man up to familiar powers and utter destruction. Light and darkness cannot mix.

If God desires to do something on the earth, that transaction is first concluded in the realm of the spirit. If you see a move of God in the visible, it is a replay of an event that had already taken place in the invisible. As fast as you receive answers when you pray, something first happens in the supernatural before there is a corresponding response on the earth. Nevertheless, man has a responsibility to bring what God is doing from the supernatural into the natural. To bring into manifestation what is happening in the spirit, but not everyman can do that except he has been given access. Certain windows in the area of what God is doing must open up for him so that he can peep into and resonate that agenda. That access makes it easy to replicate that agenda. That access is what is known as a spiritual portal. Exits and entry points between the supernatural and natural.

Our problem as believers is that we are too comfortable with abnormalities. We have accepted oppression and corruption as a normal way of life. When Jesus came to the scene, He understood that it was not normal for a man to be in the synagogue and a demon will live in him. Jesus rebuked the devil!. It takes anger to do that. It takes a man who is not comfortable with the situation on ground to carry out such action. To rebuke is to express disapproval. I can't be here and this is happening!. For the Chief priests and Pharisees it was a normal way of life. But for Jesus, it was an aberration from the will of God. It is not accepted!. What can survive around you?.
We need to place the devil where he rightly belongs and put him there - out of the people of God!. And it will take power, a supernatural substance to do so!.

Certain windows in the area of what God is doing must open up for him so that he can peep into and resonate that agenda. That access makes it easy to replicate that agenda. That access is what is known as a spiritual portal. Exits and entry points between the supernatural and natural.
The spirit realm is guarded by keys, secrets and seals. Dimensions in God are inaccessible until the seal over that realm is broken. If a man is an authority, for example, in the Prophetic, it is because the dimension of the Prophetic has opened up to that man. He has been given access to the resources that make that dimension functional and active. The seal hindering others from accessing that realm has opened up for him.
Occasionally we see divinity invading humanity, but I believe we are in a season where spiritual activities will be frequent, supernatural occurrences, as portals are opening. When this happens, we term it REVIVAL.

This is what we are to convey to the world and you can't convey to people what you don't understand yourself. So the heart of man is been opened to understand. The seal is broken. We are in a time where spiritual truths are opening up, portals of revelation about the personality that makes up the supernatural, Jesus and His realities.

Also in Colossians 4:3, it reads;

Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ for which I am also in bonds.

The door of utterance must needs be opened so that the word of God can find free expression. It is one thing to access revelation, it is another thing for that revelation to find the right word for communication and expression. When the portal of expression is opened up, the mysteries of Christ is spoken in simplicity. As access is granted into the supernatural and we are able to pull resources from that realm, expressing with the authority and audacity with which we have been imparted by the power of the HolySpirit, revival is imminent!.

In our anchor scripture, all people went through the ritual of baptism, including Jesus, but only Jesus was opened up to a dimension of encounter and from there a world shaking event began with Him on the earth.

God has given man the ability to interface between realms. He can with his body relate with the physical world, with his soul the mental realm and with his spirit he can interact with the spiritual realm. The spiritual realm includes the divine dimension and the demonic dimension. The unregenerated man and the believer who opens himself up to certain things is vulnerable to the demonic realm which is the realm of operation of satan and his cohorts. Hence a need for every believer to live within the confines of the word of God, avoiding extremes that are detrimental to our spiritual health.
The divine realm is the realm of God, it is the realm of operation of the Spirit of God and the Lord's host.

Balaam was a strange kind of prophet, he knew the technique of conversing both with the divine and demonic realm. He understood the ways of darkness and combined it with the divine. A spiritual world exists, invisible to the physical eyes. The natural or physical realm also exists which is the one we are more familiar with. As real as the physical realm, more real is the spiritual realm. This subject is a very wide one but I'll just do a sharp introduction today.
Spiritual portals also exist. These are openings in the spirit that allows for transaction between the spiritual realm and the physical world. They are access gates that allow for heaven to break into the earth and earth accessing the realities of the spirit. The opening of portals is key in operating the supernatural. They are essential in the supernatural finding expression on the natural and the natural drawing resources from the realm of the spirit.

Lift up your heads, o ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Psalms 24:7

In the text where we read, we see a spiritual portal opened over Jacob and the location he was at that time. The result was angels of God ascending and descending. The gateway of the supernatural was opened to him and the supernatural became visible. In seeing and experiencing the supernatural, it is essential we understand how to open up or access spiritual portals.
There is an invasion of God, the outburst of revival on the earth. Angelic activities become frequent as this happens. The supernatural becomes real rather than being theoritical.

Our fathers walked in strange realms of glory and revival because they understood portals. Certain portals were opened to them. Some only discovered the openings and aligned themselves to something that already existed.
If we must see these dimensions, there are certain portals that must open up to us. And there are certain portals that have already been opened but left unaccessed for ages. We must rediscover them and align ourselves to the moving of God in that realm.


Personal Portals




And he saith unto him, verily, verily, I say unto you, hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.
John 1:51.

The first portal the Lord is interested in opening is portals over individuals where the reality of God can be experiential in the lives and hearts of men. In the pursuit of God, men will begin to come into a deeper walk with the Lord. The reason why the christian life is so boring for so many is because what they profess is not yet a reality in their lives. The Lord, the things of the spirit seem abstract and not real. The supernatural life seem far fetched. But we are in a season and time where God is giving people access. Personal Portals opening for spiritual realities.
Many will be opened up to the Lord, His ways and His acts. Much more will be opened up to visions, dreams, revelations and the Prophetic. The Lord will begin to open up the supernatural to the heart of men so we can convey same on the earth realm. The openings will be so real that it won't be difficult to communicate God to our generation. We will convey Him with convicting and demonstrating power. The things we have struggled with for so long in our bid to reveal the King will no longer be a struggle. It will become easy because we've been given access, we will recognize those openings and learn how to maximize them. Portals are opening, God is calling men into realms.

Ministering in the supernatural

And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
Saying, let us alone, what have we to do with the, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy one of God.
And Jesus rebuked him, saying, hold the peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.
Luke 4:33-35

The believer is the hope of the world today, because of Jesus they carry, the only hope for a glorious life.
There is so much darkness in the world right now. Demonic oppression is on the rise. Just like the days of Noah in Genesis 6:1-2, demonic spirit beings are seeking access to corrupt the seed of man. Homosexuality, lesbianism, beastiality, incest, immoral impurities are on the rise. These are the manifestations of the spirit of incubus and succubus, venoms from the pit of hell. So much decadence. But we are that people, that generation that will shine the light and greatly slow down the decay process. The salt of the earth and the light of the world is who we are(Matthew 5:13-16).
There is a people groaning under the weight of satan's burden. The philosophies of men, nicely prepared sermons, homiletics, rhetorics, eloquence of speech cannot save them. Only the power of God can save them!. The gospel with power and proofs, hence the need for every believer to learn how to minister with that power, the supernatural power of the HolySpirit.
When I talk about ministering, am not talking of preaching alone, am talking about carrying out our daily life function by the power of God.




For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Romans 1:16

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
1 Corinthians 4:20

It will take more than mere talk or cheap talk to savage the menace of our generation. It will take more than degrees and titles. It will take the demonstration of power, walking in the reality of the supernatural life.

There is a showdown between God's kingdom and the kingdom of the devil, a tuzzle of who is sovereign in divinity.
Without dispute, our God reigns for ever and ever, but it requires power to resound that into the devil's ear. It can't be business as usual. Our daily life must begin to reflect the supernatural life, the reality of the Bible we profess to read everyday.


In Luke 4:33-35 where we took our text from, there was a man in the synagogue which had a spirit of an unclean devil. Scriptures call it the spirit of an unclean devil. I don't know what effect it caused in the life of the man but whatever it is, I know it's not a good one. The devil can't offer anything good.
I don't have a problem with the man, my issue is with the synagogue and the priests that had charge of that synagogue. I believe personally that the synagogue ought to be a place of power and deliverance. I don't know how long the devil had been in that man, and how long he had been in the synagogue. The pain is, the man could be in the synagogue and a demon was comfortable with him. No power, no fire, there was nothing to check the devil out!.
Even the priests I guess could do nothing about the situation because they didn't possess any spiritual capacity to do so. Is this not the state of most churches and believers today?. People come to church with their problems, sickness and affliction and return home with same. And since their needs are not met in church, they resort to devilish means, opting for options. This is an abuse of grace and divine privilege, an insult to the grace we represent!. We don't know the extent of power God has committed to us and how to walk in it, that's our problem.
The demon was comfortable in the man until Jesus came into the picture, glory!. The demon cried out with a loud voice. It was bad market for the devil, satan was about to suffer another terrible loss. What made the difference?. Jesus walked in with the presence and demons can't stand the presence. Halleluyah!.

Even mountains as solid as they appear can't stand that presence.
Jesus carried a supernatural atmosphere that was registered in the spirit realm, even demons recognized it, the devil called Him the Holy one of God. There was always a terrible reaction in the kingdom of darkness wherever He showed up. He was the kingdom of God on motion!.
We talk too much, it is time to demonstrate the God of the bible. He isn't dead, He is alive!.
satan had a filled day because there was no one to curb his excesses. But there is a people rising with power, walking in the authority of the King, declaring the agenda of God on the earth. They are a people who will minister, literally live daily in the supernatural.

There were other factors in Luke 4:33-35 that provoked that synagogue revival and if we apply same in our lives, we will see similar results and even greater manifestations. In subsequent series, we will be taught how to minister supernaturally.

Atmosphere of the supernatural

And she said unto her husband, behold now, I perceive that this is a holy man of God, which passeth by us continually.
2Kings 4:9.

Most believers are unaware of the spiritual realm, even if they are aware they are not conscious of it. And for most who are conscious of it, they have not experienced it.
The spiritual realm, the supernatural is as real as the physical realm, even more real than the natural.
There are planes, communities, entities, substance etc. that exist in the spiritual realm, just like trees, animals, people, institutions etc. exist in the natural.
In the spiritual realm, the God-plane exists just as a demonic plane also exists. It is the God plane because that is the realm of operation of the Spirit of God. Angels too are common in that realm, Cherubims and Seraphims, chariots of fire etc.
The other realm is demonic because that is the realm where Satan and his cohorts gain dominance. This realm can also influence the realm of the mind but if submitted to the HolySpirit can be chaneled aright.
Everyman who is not born again is open and vulnerable to the demonic realm, same for a believer who opens himself up to such atmosphere.
The expectation of God is that every believer walk in the God-realm reality of the supernatural world.




Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son.
Colossians 1:13

We have been brought from a government of satan into the government of God.
The day we gave our lives to Christ, we were initiated into the atmosphere, the community of God. We were absorbed into the family of God. We are to begin to learn to walk in the reality of that existence.

The light we received is not to be hidden. The life we carry is suppose to find expression, we ought to radiate that life. And if we are radiating that life, that supernatural atmosphere, people cannot but perceive it and be changed.
On his way to Shunem, seeing him, a woman could perceive that Elisha was a holy man of God. The surprising thing is, Elijah was not preaching, he wasn't praying, there was no record that he was even dressed like a man of God, notwithstanding the woman could perceive that he was a holy man of God. He could be identified with God.
More than men want to hear you preach, pray or dress, they want to perceive God in your life. They want to see the tangible evidence of the God you profess. God cannot be hidden, if you're truly representing Him, He can be seen and felt all over you, it is not something you can hide. It is called the tangibility of His presence, an atmosphere that if you carry can't hide.
How did the woman know he was an holy man of God?. She perceived something!. What did she perceive?. It must have been the supernatural atmosphere that Elijah carried.
What is this atmosphere all about?. We can see a glimpse of the constituent of that atmosphere from 2Kings 6:15-17.

And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold a host compassed the city both with a horses and chariots.
And his servant said unto him, alas, my master! how shall we do?
And he answered, fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man ; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

Elisha moved with an entourage, an atmosphere that could not be seen with the physical eyes. That was probably what the woman perceived. Perception is a spiritual sense.
She didn't know by a physical indication.

Jesus operated such atmosphere while he was one earth. An example was the mad man of Gadara in Mark 5:1-15. Everyman had tried to tame the man, all to no avail. Without saying a word, the devil in the man saw Jesus and began to tremble. What did the devil see?. What ails you oh mountain, that you skip like ram?. It was the presence of God the devil saw!.
We can carry such presence and come to a point just like Jesus where devils begin to tremble on seeing us.
We can come to a point where we carry this presence insomuch that when people come into the circumference of where we are, they fall under power for the intensity of that atmosphere. That's how real it can be!.

As soon as he had said to them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.
John 18:6

All Jesus said was 'I am He', and they all fell under power. That's the atmosphere!.
It was same with Peter(Acts 5:12-16), same with Paul(Acts 19:11-12).

This is the mark of every true believer - The mark of His presence, the atmosphere of the supernatural with purity and sanctity.

The glory atmosphere

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters .
And God said, let there be light: and there was light.
Genesis 1:1-3.

God is the Almighty Creator. He has also made us 'creator gods'.

I have said ye are gods..
Psalm 82:6a

As we fellowship with Him and begin to come into the consciousness of this revelation, faith is imparted into our hearts for the creative.
By the work of redemption, the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us(Romans 8:11). If the power can raise Jesus from the dead, it means there is nothing that power cannot create. The Spirit of God is the executive arm of God. That power is in us, we possess creative capacity.
The ability to call anything into being lies within us and as we begin to learn how to speak it forth, we see creation happening (proverbs 18:21).
In Mark 11:20-24, Peter was surprised how a fig tree Jesus had cursed the previous day had withered to the root. It was obvious Jesus wasn't surprised. He would have only be surprised if the tree didn't wither. He didn't even take note of the withered tree. The moment He spoke the word the previous day, to Him it was as good as done.
In Luke 6:6-10, a man whose right hand was withered received his hand whole again under the ministry of Jesus on the frequency of one word, 'stretch forth the hand'. He did so and his hand was restored. What was the secret for such creative wonder?. Jesus Himself gave us the answer in verse 22 of Mark Chapter 11.

..have faith in God.

It takes the God kind of faith to make these things to happen.



The atmosphere of His glory is also the atmosphere for the creative. It is an atmosphere charged up to make anything happen.
The glory of God is the weight of God. It is the unspoken manifestation of God. It conveys God's infinite, intrinsic worth. His substance and His essence.
If we can trust God to carry such atmosphere, especially in our meetings, we will see creative dealings in their numbers unimaginable. Such atmospheres carry in them the material for supernatural creativity. They are always pregnant with creative substances. In such atmospheres, when you speak, you see amazing and frightening things happen.

In Genesis 1:2, the reason why creation was possible, why God could speak things into being was because the Spirit of God moved.
The glory of God is the Spirit of God in tangible or visible manifestation. Sometimes, it can be felt like electricity. It can be that tangible. It could manifest as a wind. It could manifest as light, Sparks or bright clouds. Also as magnetic fluxes, gold dust, tingling sensations, fire sensations, fire balls, waves and so on. In that kind of glory atmosphere, we experience strange things happening. The dead are raised back to life. People who are obessed lose weight on the spot, body parts needing replacement are replaced, missing objects reappear, miracle alerts, money appearing in people's pockets and bank accounts, short legs and arms grow back to normal, growths are dissolved, people increase or decrease in height as the case maybe. All manner of strange occurrences in such kind of atmosphere, the glory atmosphere.


Conditions for the glory

The revelation of the person of Jesus.

The revelation of the glory of God is the revelation of a person, the person of Jesus. Jesus is the brightness of God's glory and the express image or manifestation of His person(Hebrews 1:3). Wherever Jesus manifests, there is a manifestation of the glory of God.
In Exodus 33:18-20, Moses was asking to see the glory of God. The verse 20 made us to understand that what he was actually asking for was to see the face of a person. The revelation of the person of Jesus. With much hunger, praying and seeking the face of God with a right motive like Moses, we will see such glory manifest. If we do this as a corporate entity, we will see a greater glory.


Our heart posture.

If the glory of God must invade our lives and midst, our hearts must need be set right.
Actually, the visitation of the glory of God starts from the heart of a man. Man's heart is the altar where the fire must first be kindled for the sovereignty of God to be visible in the natural. The heart of man is the centre for revival.
Holiness must be in place, consecration is very important in seeing the glory. Sometimes, it is out of mercy God doesn't visit us in His glory. He told Moses, no man(flesh), works of the flesh can be intact and see me. If it happens, if I visit any man in that state, he won't live(Exodus 33:20).
In Leviticus 10:1-2, Nadab and Abihu invoked the glory of God in their disobedience and the fire of the Lord, which is a manifestation of His glory devoured them.


Humility of heart must also be on ground. What is your motive for wanting to see His glory?. To be another super star?. To set all your enemies on fire?. The reason for the manifestation of His glory is to bring Him glory. If He can't see that as the intention of your heart, He won't manifest His glory.
In Exodus 33:20, God said, no man can see me and live. Man is symbolic of self and pride is a manifestation of self. The reason why most of us can't see the glory of God is because we are proud, full of ourselves.
In Isaiah 6:1, Isaiah saw the glory of God the year king Uzziah died. Uzziah is typical of pride. He was marvellously helped until He came to a point where he saw no need for God. God withdrew from him(2chronicles 26:1-20). In the year he died, Isaiah saw God's glory. The glory and self cannot co-habit. Pride is an inhibitor to the glory.
Familiarity is also a department of pride. When we become too used to God and His ways of operation, He can't reveal Himself to us. Moses said, Lord inspite of all I've seen, am aware there is a dimension am still to experience. Show me your glory!.
Paul saw strange dimensions in God but he was not satisfied. He said that I may know Him!. Jesus could do no mighty works in His hometown, with all the glory He came with, because of familiarity. Familiarity was what destroyed Nadab and Abihu. No matter what you've seen and experienced in God , there is much more you've not seen and experience. Keep it simple!. Don't ever come to a point where you lose hunger for the things of the Spirit.

I believe we are in a season of intense spiritual activity where we will see the manifestation of the atmosphere of His glory like never before. Let's maximize the moment!.

..Who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist.

The creative realm is the realm of God. It is His natural habitat. The ability to give life to the dead, calling into existence the things that do not exist is exclusively intrinsic with the God-nature.

The supernatural is basically calling forth something from a realm, which is mostly spiritual into a realm which is actually natural. As we learn, understand, and fully begin to activate this dimension, we begin to operate the supernatural- The God realm, which is more real than the natural- The realm which man exists.
In Genesis 1:1-3, only formlessness, void and darkness existed, the earth at that time was a chaotic mass, nothing beautiful about it was to be reckoned with. Without any physical, material substance, out of that chaos, God was able to create something. He brought into existence what never existed, with no raw materials nor physical machineries on ground. How was He able to accomplish this?. Amidst darkness, light came forth. How did He make it happen?.

We must understand that there are laws that underguards the realm of the spirit, structures put in place to determine how this realm work. Our understanding of them is what determines how much of this realm we can operate.
The laws of the spirit are quite different from the natural laws, though certain parallels exist. They are full of depth and dimensions, and it will take eternity to exhaust their scope, they are as deep as God.
These laws and dimensions can superimpose the laws of nature.
For example, how do we explain how a woman who had gone past child bearing age still carry a baby in her womb not to talk of delivery. It must have been divine.

It is foolishness to the natural man, but to people of the Spirit, who understand the realm of the creative, it is a possibility. The creative realm is our birthright by creation and by redemption.

Let's take a journey in this series as we understand that there is a realm from where you can call anything into existence and what it takes to operate it. A realm where God has ordained His children to live and operate from always!.

The glory atmosphere

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters .
And God said, let there be light: and there was light.
Genesis 1:1-3.

God is the Almighty Creator. He has also made us 'creator gods'.

I have said ye are gods..
Psalm 82:6a

As we fellowship with Him and begin to come into the consciousness of this revelation, faith is imparted into our hearts for the creative.
By the work of redemption, the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in is(Romans 8:11). If the power can raise Jesus from the dead, it means there is nothing that power cannot create. The Spirit of God is the executive arm of God. That power is in us, we possess creative capacity.
The ability to call anything into being lies within us and as we begin to learn how to speak it forth, we see creation happening (proverbs 18:21).
In Mark 11:20-24, Peter was surprised how a fig tree Jesus had cursed the previous day had withered to the root. It was obvious Jesus wasn't surprised. He would have only be surprised if the tree didn't either. He didn't even take note of the withered tree. The moment He spoke the word the previous day, to Him it was as good as done.
In Luke 6:6-10, a man whose right hand was withered received his hand whole again under the ministry of Jesus on the frequency of one word, 'stretch forth the hand'. He did so and his hand was restored. What was the secret for such creative wonder?. Jesus Himself gave us the answer in verse 22 of Mark Chapter 11.

..have faith in God.

It takes the God kind of faith to make these things to happen.


The atmosphere of His glory is also the atmosphere for the creative. It is an atmosphere charged up to make anything happen.
The glory of God is the weight of God. It is the unspoken manifestation of God. It conveys God's infinite, intrinsic worth. His substance and His essence.
If we can trust God to carry such atmosphere, especially in our meetings, we will see creative dealings in their numbers unimaginable. Such atmospheres carry in them the material for supernatural creativity. They are always pregnant with creative substances. In such atmospheres, when you speak, you see amazing and frightening things happen.

In Genesis 1:2, the reason why creation was possible, why God could speak things into being was because the Spirit of God moved.
The glory of God is the Spirit of God in tangible or visible manifestation. Sometimes, it can be felt like electricity. It can be that tangible. It could manifest as a wind. It could shine forth as light, Sparks or bright clouds. Also as magnetic fluxes, gold dust, tingling sensations, fire sensations, fire balls, waves and so on. In that kind of glory atmosphere, we experience strange things happening. The dead are raised back to life. People who are obessed lose weight on the spot, body parts needing replacement are replaced, missing objects reappear, miracle alerts, money appearing in people's pockets and bank accounts, short legs and arms grow back to normal, growths are dissolved, people increase or decrease in height as the case maybe. All manner of strange occurrences in such kind of atmosphere, the glory atmosphere.


Conditions for the glory

The revelation of the person of Jesus.

The revelation of the glory of God is the revelation of a person, the person of Jesus. Jesus is the brightness of God's glory and the express image or manifestation of His person(Hebrews 1:3). Wherever Jesus manifests, there is a manifestation of the glory of God.
In Exodus 33:18-20, Moses was asking to see the glory of God. The verse 20 made us to understand that what he was actually asking for was to see the face of a person. The revelation of the person of Jesus. With much hunger, praying and seeking the face of God with a right motive like Moses, we will see such glory manifest. If we do this as a corporate entity, we will see a greater glory.


Our heart posture.

If the glory of God must invade our lives and midst, our hearts must need be set right.
Actually, the visitation of the glory of God starts from the heart of a man. Man's heart is the altar where the fire must first be kindled for the sovereignty of God to be visible in the natural. The heart of man is the centre for revival.
Holiness must be in place, consecration is very important in seeing the glory. Sometimes, it is out of mercy God doesn't visit us in His glory. He told Moses, no man(flesh), works of the flesh can be intact and see me. If it happens, if I visit any man in that state, he won't live(Exodus 33:20).
In Leviticus 10:1-2, Nadab and Abihu invoked the glory of God in their disobedience and the fire of the Lord, which is a manifestation of His glory devoured them.


Humility of heart must also be on ground. What is your motive for wanting to see His glory?. To be another super star?. To set all your enemies on fire?. The reason for the manifestation of His glory is to bring Him glory. If He can't see that as the intention of your heart, He won't manifest His glory.
In Exodus 33:20, God said, no man can see me and live. Man is symbolic of self and pride is a manifestation of self. The reason why most of us can't see the glory of God is because we are proud, full of ourselves.
In Isaiah 6:1, Isaiah saw the glory of God the year king Uzziah died. Uzziah is typical of pride. He was marvellously helped until He came to a point where he saw no need for God. God withdrew from him(2chronicles 26:1-20). In the year he died, Isaiah saw God's glory. The glory and self cannot co-habit. Pride is an inhibitor of the glory.
Familiarity is also a department of pride. When we become too used to God and His ways of operation, He can't reveal Himself to us. Moses said, Lord inspite of all I've seen, am aware there is a dimension am still to experience. Show me your glory!.
Paul saw strange dimensions in God but he was not satisfied. He said that I may know Him!. Jesus could do no mighty works in His hometown, with all the glory He came with, because of familiarity. Familiarity was what destroyed Nadab and Abihu. No matter what you've seen and experienced in God , there is much more you've not seen and experience. Keep it simple!. Don't ever come to a point where you lose hunger for the things of the Spirit.

I believe we are in a season of intense spiritual activity where we will see the manifestation of the atmosphere of His glory like never before. Let's maximize the moment!.

Faith is a spiritual understanding, a revelation that have dawn upon the spirit of man. Faith is an encounter.
There is a connection between faith and the word of God. The only channel through which faith is born is the word of God(Romans 10:17).
There are three dimensions to the word of God as glimpsed from my personal studies; The living word, the spoken word, the written word.
First of all, the Word of God is a person. Jesus is the Living Word, by Him all things consist, by Him were all things created(Colossians 1:16-17, John 1:1-3). He is the Master of the creative realm. Actually, the creative realm exists because He exists. A revelation of His person is what imparts faith in our spirits to do the impossible. A word from Him either through the spoken word, written word, vision, trance or any other means guarantees the unusual. This was His secret while He was on earth. He only did what He heard the Father do(John 5:19).
Your ability to hear and resonate what the Living Word is doing pertime is what makes you walk in the creative realm always. Hence a need to begin to learn how to tune your spirit, becoming sensitive to His frequency, the realm of the creative.
It was the encounter Abraham had with the Living word that gave him the confidence to believe that God could still give him a child in his deteriorating state.

The spoken word released under inspiration also imparts faith. When you're under a person who is anointed to speak, you see a possibility in doing what he is saying. And if God can get you to see it, He can do it through you.
Testimonies are a dimension of the spoken word. They encourage the people to believe God for same. Ultimately, the spoken word also points to the Living Word, the personality of Jesus.

The written word is the word of God in prints, the logos. Under the inspiration of the HolySpirit, faith is born in us to operate the creative realm. The word carries creative capacity. Whatever we can see from scriptures can be replicated.
If I can see enough that Jesus brought money out of the mouth of a fish, and that revelation can dawn on my spirit, money can be called into a bank account without any physical depositor.
If Isaiah 55:1-2 can be a reality in my spirit, then I understand that I don't need physical cash to own everything. If you need a car and don't have money, call forth a car. In the kingdom, faith is the currency with which we transact.




The Speaking dimension of faith

There is a speaking dimension to faith.

..and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Romans 4:17b

When faith has become a revelation in your spirit. The next thing is to begin to call forth those things.
The woman with the issue of blood HEARD about Jesus. And faith comes by HEARING. She received faith when she HEARD. She didn't stop there. She then SAID to herself. That's the speaking dimension of faith. Faith speaks. Even when everything is suggesting contrary, speak in accordance with the revelation in your spirit. It may even defile natural laws, it doesn't matter. Faith is not subject to natural laws, natural laws are subject to faith. Your speaking is what releases the atmosphere for the supernatural.

The doing dimension of faith

In Acts 3:1-10, Peter and John had already SAID to the man to rise up and walk but he didn't. They had to DO something to create his miracle. They took him by his right hand and lifted him up. Faith always does something.
In operating the creative realm, speak where you need to speak, act where you need to act, according to the revelation in your spirit. As long as the faith you proclaim has become a revelation, you're on your way to experiencing the creative realm.
This week I see people receiving frightening business ideas, I see angels depositing money in people's account, people getting things without having to buy it. Missing belongings are reappearing, body parts replaced. Strange creative supernatural occurrences, that's your lot this week!.

Hebrews 11:3

The configuration of man is supernatural. The spirit of man was originally created in the image and likeness of God(Genesis 1:26-27). We were to be like God, to resemble God. If God is Spirit, we are originally spirits. If God can create, we contain that inate creative capacity.
In John 3:16 and John 1:13, we understand as believers that our birth is supernatural. The life of God, the DNA of God was wired into our inside, that is what we carry. We are born, not of a corruptible seed but incorruptible, something divine. Divinity is our nature. We possess the capacity to create, bringing things from the realm of inexistence into existence, from the realm of intangibility to tangibility, from something imaginary and virtual to something actual.
Like I said yesterday, this is our birthright by creation and by redemption and on this foundation we will begin to build, the fact that our frame and birth is first supernatural and that we possess the capacity to create just like God. If we understand this and this truth have been established in our hearts, what do we need and how do we bring things from the realm of inexistence into existence?.
The first ingredient we will be talking about needed to make this possible is faith.



Faith

In Genesis 1:1-3, God was able to bring something out of nothing by the instrumentality of faith. The earth was chaotic and covered in darkness but in the midst of that confusion God was able to see light, and by the word of faith, He called forth light.
From our passage of Hebrew 11:3, we understand that the channel through which the visible worlds came into existence was faith.
Faith is a spiritual force, not a mental substance. It is a legal tender that is needed to purchase things from the realm of the unseen to the seen. Faith is not a head thing, it's a heart thing.
It is a knowing that goes beyond the head, it is a knowing that is established in the spirit of man.
Faith is born out of a real encounter with God and His word. It is that encounter that gives us confidence, authority , enablement and potency to dare what is naturally impossible. It is with the eyes of faith we see the impossible. And in the law of the spirit, if you can see the impossible, you can do the impossible.
God told Abraham, as far as you can see, I will give it to you for a possession. God showed him he was to be a father of many nations. Abraham was able to see what God was showing him. He believed in the ability of God to quicken the dead and call forth those things which be not as though they were. Against hope, he believed in hope. He was not weak in faith, his body was not a consideration. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith. Instead of looking pitiful and sad, he was giving glory to God.
Faith is taking God's word as it is. Believing every bit of it until it becomes a reality in your spirit. When that word gets to the point where it becomes a reality in your spirit, it is a matter of 'when' not 'if', because it will happen.
In 2Kings 5:1-14, the man Naaman was a leprous man. His case was an impossible one. He needed a new body, a creative miracle was needed. By the direction of a young maid, the intervention of his wife and the involving of the king of Israel, he found his way to Elisha the Prophet. The instruction from the prophet was for him to wash in the Jordan River seven times and he will be clean. His mind tried to downplay the instruction , it looked foolish. Sometimes, the Acts of faith are foolish!.
Faith will always push you to act on what God tells you, not what your head or what is generally accepted tells you. He obeyed the word of the Lord after much persuation from his servant and his flesh was restored like that of a child.
Faith is the link between the unseen and seen, between the natural and the supernatural. In the mind of God, his healing was already perfected. He needed only his faith , obedience in the instruction of God, to bring it into reality in his life.
Are you in need of a new body part?. Do you desire a miracle, a touch of the supernatural like the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5:25-34?. The problem is not with God, the issue is with your faith.
Do you have faith enough to believe God for the unusual?. If not, how do you develop such faith?.
