I think the girl caused this having known the standard of the church she would have told the pastor or better still go and wed in her husband's church. Why would I even go for test to prove am not pregnant when I already know am pregy

Omg! Just attended a wedding today and got the shock of my life.

The wedding was suppose to start by 10 am but we waited until 11 am when the groom finally arrived and matched into the church. The service commenced up till preaching of the message, the bride was not allowed to enter the church. After the preaching, the founder of the church announced that the wedding has been cancelled indefinitely.

The Pastor further explained that every church has its standard, policies and principles which guides the operation of the church. That the bride is a full and long time worker in the church who is suppose to know the principles of the church that you cannot be wedded with pregnancy. She lied to the marriage committee and refused to go for pregnancy test as required until the wedding day when she was forced to do it and the result was positive. This caused the pastor to cancel the wedding.

There was confusion in the church as some accused the pastor of being inhuman and causing disgrace, others blame the bride, some cursed the pastor church, while some were indifferent.

Upon enquiry, it was discovered that the bride had dated the groom who is an elder in a new generation church, the elder promised to marry her but on condition that she must be pregnant. She was in a fixed to keep the husband or maintain the standard of the church. I guess she wanted marriage and obeyed the man which caused her this great embarrassment.

She was advised to go wed in her husband church immediately but the founder of the church said he cannot join them equally that both were advised to wed in his church but they refused. With this everyone returned to the brides church pleaded the pastor and they were finally wedded. But the bride and groom almost cried their life out.

I felt so bad about the whole not knowing who to blame for the mess, is it the pastor, bride or the groom?

I personally ignored some things and today am regretting.

A woman flogged her son for doing what was wrong, when the husband came back and heard of it he was bitterly annoyed and refused to eat the wife's food for weeks. The wife who couldn't bear it or wanted peace at home called people into the matter for settlement.

After all said and done, the man gave his reason that he had warned his wife that anytime he is at home and any of their children does what is wrong his wife should report to him and not beat that child except he is not at home she can flogged any child who does wrong. He further stated that if his wife flogs any of their children when he is at home, it shows that she doesn't respect him as the head of the family and the children will undermine his capability of giving them good moral upbringing.

Is he right to take that decision or not, who does the child belong to?

For about 3 yrs now I buy kerosene #50 a litre from North West filling station in Calabar. Though they don't sell more than 10 litres to each person no matter who you are. Owners of filling stations have taken the owner to court which she finally won the case. She insist on selling the normal price. God bless that woman

I do not think ur oga has any reason not to pack to a more comforting and serene enviroment, at least two rooms will fairly do for a wife and two kids. but if its d schooling things and taking care of d kids thats making him to be financially un able to move out, then u two must re strategise and let more money come in. Are through with school!is he him self through with sch?how old are d kids??how well is ur oga doing? This qustions begging to b answered, will help us into givinging out

I think both patners salary is hundred thousand plus #30000 allowance of husband. Kids are girls 5 and 18 months. The man's reason is that he needs to start planning for the future.

Is it even possible to graduate in accounting with first class?

A friend of mine told me this:

She met her husband in 2008 both working and schooling. They decided to marry, money did not come as expected so they opted for traditional and court marriage(some siblings of hussy did not welcome her). She earlier complained of the environment her husband was living which is waterside in ph, her husband said he is only living there to school after graduation he will rent a new accommodation and marriage blessing will be done after wife's graduation when she is ready to join him( she was schooling in a different state).

Fast forward to 2015 after 5years of graduation with 2 kids hussy said he will not do wedding or rent house again that he wants to still in the waterside, buy a land and build his own house before packing.

There has been series of problem threatening the survival of the marriage as wife insist the marriage blessing must be done as promised and a new accommodation. That she can't share toilet with over 50 people which has been causing her series of toilet infection.

Its a privilege for the President of the most populous country and fastest growing economy in Africa and the world to meet with the President of America. A thing so many presidents and individuals long for but will not have. However, this meeting in my little world I think has its advantages and disadvantages.

ADVANTAGES:
1. Technological enhancement
2. Utilising the impact of the growth of the
economy for the benefit of the citizen
3. Giving advise on stepping up our naira
(valuation of our currency) against the
devaluation currently on.
4. Most importantly helping Nigeria to fight
the Northern Militia group called boko

DISADVANTAGE:

Signing the Gay rights into law.

It will be recalled that Obama has recently signed the gay bill into law. The few states in America who refused it have been pressurised to do same.
Ideally, this way of life is alien to our culture. Our faith base religions and organizations also frown at it deeply: Its against the Christian ethics and Muslim beliefs. We all have the obligation of praying to our God/Allah to help our President and his entourage not to consent to this as it will lead to our loss of tradition, ethics, customs, values, norms and goodwill.
Do not say its not your business as everyone is affected. A Pastor has been jailed for one year in America for refusing to wed gay men in his church. A Nigerian taxi drivers licence was seized for speaking against two men who kissed themselves while in his taxi.

Wise up people. You can add yours for the advantages and disadvantages.
