For Ukraine scholars, 20 candidates are picked, which implies that 3 people are picked from each geo political states of Nigeria. For Morroco, 20 are selected. For Algeria & Egypt, 15 are selected respectively. Cuba, Romania, Mexico, Serbia takes 5 applicants each. My advice is that you chose Russia because they take more scholars.
