the universities syllabus is different from polytechnics syllabus which means their product we be different. Even their grading pattern is different 3.50 is distinction in polytechnic while it is second class in university, university first is 4.50 above. University means universerlity which mean a place where you be will equip with everything you need to survive in life unlike polytechnic where you learn few techniques. Diploma certificate is different from B.sc
