Seriously I wish we could turn back the hands of time , even Omojuwa of all is tired of this super cluelessness. |
Buhari fully represented.... |
You will read the story on nairaland so y ask? |
If only the once policing are doing the right thing, then requesting for more would make sense but for now I fear police more than thieves. |
[quote author=tiwiex post=40136980]I hear Dasuki was a junior officer when Buhari was arrested during the coup. A played a key role in picking him up. He was IBBs spoils brat. I also heard Dasuki refused to allow Buhari go bury his mother while he was in jail. Buhari has never forgiven him. Like i said, I heard.[/quote God bless you, l just know something is not right with the way baba is taking the guy up. Though he has his hands soiled already. I support baba on this |
Reaping the good policies of GEJ. Just hope this cow won't change it to favour his APC |
Why the sudden sickness? |
TeamSimple:Yet people will blame the president for all these. But I still think there's something fishy about this Dasuki’s case. While the attention on Dasuki since baba took over office. I'm not saying the allegations are not true but something does not just add up to the way Buhari is following up this man. I bet they are not telling us the real story. |
Just stumbled on this hilarious picture
|
Many are mad but few are roaming |
Buhari is a cow, he promised to lead the war during campaign. |
Chai this regime is becoming bloodier than the last administration o.With all PMB s military experience he has not recorded any reasonable success in this fight. To be Frank GEJ tried. |
Saraki is just looking for the next lifeline to push his case, from ministers screening to TSA probing. I support the probing though, a company cannot be making N25b monthly doing almost nothing while Youths remain jobless, even when such company employ people, they pay peanuts as salary. |
My guy 2012 price was officially announced but the 160 is just as a result of scarcity, its not official. |
This people are just blood thirsty, all over the world killings in the name of religion yet they say it's a religion of peace, I don't get it. |
This people don't seem to know what Nigerians are going tru coz of fuel scarcity.... It's our fault, we wanted change now we have it... |
WASMOG:Govt was given 21days ultimatum by Ndokwa Youths to step down the electricity in the host community but rather than do what is right they mobilise army to intimidate us. Just one tower and the country is seeing the effect, until Nigeria learn to do it right, things like this will continue to happen. How can the noise of generating set and the pollution that comes with it be disturbing me for another person to enjoy the electricity? |
INTERMAN:That guy has no charm,he is a big fraud, I had one neighbour like that in Bariga, he has been arrested countless times and realised. He has no single charm but advertise like this man and has so much patronage. |
I wonder what really attract a man in another man's ass when God created sexy ass like that of mercy Johnson. Sodom and gomorah is back again. |
TonyeBarcanista:I just hope we are not going back to the OBJ do or die politics. My only regret is some educated illiterate Youths refuse to see beyond their nose on issues like this, rather they will term you wailers. Nigeria is our country and only me and you can make it better. |
MzMayD:They may be glued to the romance section oo |
Everyone is forgetful, but as we age, we start to feel like our brains are slowing down a bit—and that can be the most frustrating thing in the world. Luckily, research shows there is a lot you can do to avoid those “senior moments." Whether it's relaxation or adding certain foods to your diet, read on for some techniques worth trying. 1. Chill Out The brain remembers better when it’s relaxed, say researchers at the California Institute of Technology, so take a few minutes each day to breathe deeply or meditate. "The positive of meditation is you have focused concentration and relaxation taking place at the same time," says Elizabeth Edgerly, PhD, spokesperson for the Alzheimer's Association. "Researchers believe those things are good because they're developing new connections for your brain cells." 2. Focus on the Future People who regularly made plans and looked forward to upcoming events had a 50 percent reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease, according to a recent study. But don’t worry if your calendar isn’t overflowing with life-changing events. Something as simple as setting a goal to have a weekly coffee date with a friend (and keeping it) will do. "Psychologically it keeps us motivated," Dr. Edgerly says. "There's evidence that people who have a purpose in life or who are working on long-or short-term goals appear to do better." In other words, keep your brain looking forward. 3. Go for a Walk Mildly elevated glucose levels (even if you don’t have diabetes) can harm the area of the brain that helps you form memories, say Columbia University researchers. Experts agree that physical activity can help get blood glucose down to normal levels. In fact, the strongest evidence is regarding the effect of physical activity on the brain. Dr. Edgerly says, "When you exercise, you release chemicals that are good for your brain. It's like a mini fountain of youth in your brain, and the only way you can get it is exercise." In other words, when you take care of your heart, you take care of your brain. 4. Snack on Berries Blueberries have compounds called anthocyanins that help communication between brain cells and appear to improve memory, says Robert Krikorian, PhD, professor of psychiatry and behavioral neuroscience at the University of Cincinnati. In general, Dr. Edgerly says the darker the fruit or vegetable, the better. She adds, "It's a healthy, well-rounded diet, especially one that mimics a Mediterranean diet, and that's fish, lots of fruits and vegetables, and red wine, everyone likes the red wine part." 5. Learn Something New Take a Spanish class online, join a knitting club, or learn to play poker. A UC Irvine study found that mental stimulation limits the debilitating effects of aging on memory and the mind. But the best thing for your brain, Dr. Edgerly insists, is when you combine learning something new with physical activity. "It should be something like dancing, or coaching a sport. Or go learn golf with your girlfriends. That sort of thing is even better for your brain than, say, a crossword puzzle.” |
kcmichael:I'm glad to inform you that by June 2016, 98% of Nigerians will join the wailers club. Keep fooling your self calling us wailers for speaking the truth. |
hinwazaka:God bless you |
I wonder why young people can't just read and understand what they read, and I can tell you that most people shouting and calling Fayose names did not even read through his statement. I used to have faith in PMB but with the recent events, I doubt his credibility. how can you annul election based on its primaries that was never disputed by party members. Think people |
source please................dont comment on sourceless topics |
Give me one reason why BIAFRA would succeed if we even decide to reconsider them, It is still those Corrupt people, like the ORJIs of ABIA STATE ,THE OKOROCHAs and NGIGEs that would be in the helm of affairs.W |
Buhari was never prepared to lead Nigeria, he never expected to win the elections, he wanted to just cause the same post election violence but God disappointed him and now he's just there without a plan. |
There's more to this Dasuki’s case o. I think we the masses are not getting the real information and reason behind DSS actions. Abuse of office in the amusement park called Nigeria, headed by Dularpo Buhari. |
And people like him will shout loudest about unemployment rate in Nigeria. |
I pity who will trust a Nigerian politician |
all those figures and we still couldn't defeat BH
Some romancelanders need this.
