bros, I don't think any hospital will haggle price with you... if they give you your bill, it is your bill, you will pay it. If you're lucky, the doctor may out of his benevolence remove small thing for you, if he is the owner of the hospital.

I asked the doctor who is the owner of the hospital, what it will likely cost me before they started the treatment to know if I can afford it. The doctor said I shouldn't worry as if he wanted to treat me for free. Even the 18k that I paid was not really easy for me to drop at the time because it was more than half of what I dey earn as salary then.

You should do more research on how government hospitals are funded, infact let me tell you they're funded from crude oil sells and not even profit driven, is more like a social welfare. You certainly can't compare this with someone's personal investment, think very well without bias bro. Even you as the hospital owner wont run it as a charity home.

Read my reply very well. I asked them what it will likely cost me, they said I shouldn't worry. Do they know my financial strength on what I could afford to pay? If they had told me and I couldn't afford it, I would have gone to another one on the same street.
