These rice were farmed, cultivated, harvested, milled and processed, then bagged here in Nigeria. Most of the rice you see today in the market are local rice.

1. Mining. Jonathan just scratched the surface and did virtually nothing to stop illegal mining by foreigners. That then doesn't count.

2. Nothing much was achieved here as power was unstable.
