This is my piece,bros.It seems you just have a little knowledge of this.
Excision in progress is no excision because govt might not excise the size of land being asked for by the landowners.I am talking about real excision.Some real estate companies always specify that they will give you excision in progress which is very dangerous because you might lose your land when the govt rejects to excise what you have bought.
I do not want to mention names.Go and make proper research,Isoko,Igala,Hausas,Igbo and not only Yorubas are given excision.
Some of my partners is one Igbo company owned by a lovable Igbo man called Onwu-----e(I will not give his full names.I wouldn't want you or others to go and spoil things for him).He has gotten excision and you will have yours if you buy from his company.You will get your excision documents not excision in progress,as soon as you settle all your financial obligations.

WINNERMENTALITY:
Tribalism of the highest order... Make Una enjoy Una Mandate.. We are all Nigerians And Lagos became what it is today by collective effort of every Nigerian.

Any tribe is given excision just like I said in one of my posts.Igbos,Urhobos,Hausas,Yorubas etc get excision.
PrecisionFx and the other ignorant ones are deluded just like most of them.A lot of people are buying lands in Lagos and the fastest selling lands in Nigeria now is Ibeju Lekki and the people that are still buying more than the others are still Yorubas.
Yorubas already have the largest chunk of Lagos and are still buying.
Ignorant Igbos who come online and say they have bought Lagos are just being hyper ignorant.
Yorubas are the greatest and biggest developers in Nigeria and one of the biggest in Africa.I know if a man from Kwara who owns 200 buildings in a street in Lagos here and still has properties strewn all over Lagos.He is from Igbaja.Have you heard of Okeowo?

The biggest developers after the government in Abuja are still the Yorubas.Even in the USA,the only big Nigerian developer is Yoruba.
As for people who live in those buildings,statistics have shown that
Yorubas have the highest industrialists,lawyers,billionaires,middle income earners,oil magnates,real estate developers,ICT technocrats,politicians,musicians etc.You can guess rightly that these people will dominate in these high brow areas.Being in this business,you see some people but will never know they are OMOLUABIS until you interact with them for a long time.Yes,they do not speak Yoruba and they call themselves their core Christian or Muslim names.
Another thing is the per capita of Yorubas are always better and they are the least poverty stricken in the South of Nigeria.
Igbos are really buying lands in Lagos but they are far,far behind the Yorubas and everybody is given excision.Igbos are a delight to have around because they will help to develop your environment but they can be a thorn in the flesh.We must learn to live together.

I strongly agree with you, I think she won...just because she's Igbo doesn't mean she should be cheated, afterall she's a Nigerian and free to contest and win an election in any part of the country, this tribal bigotry will get us no where and by the way I am Yoruba. God bless Nigeria.

Please commence an attack on Igbos in Yorubaland ASAP..
