Hello Everyone,

Please this post is strictly for mothers. I need your kind advice and counsel. I am a mother of two. I have this very disturbing condition. My breasts have become fully sagged and frail looking after I had my second baby. It worries me a lot. My Husband does not bother touching or sucking my breasts when making love to me these days, not to talk of sucking them. And this is what he used to love and enjoy doing before I started having and nursing kids.

Please I'd like to know if any lady in the house has experienced such drastic sagging and if there are ways to revive the fallen breasts. Are there moms out there that their husbands have stopped caressing their bosoms because they have fallen due to constant nursing of babies? does it make you feel bad like me? Have you ever raised such issue with your husband?

Also, my husband used to go down low, but after he witnessed the delivery process in the labour room when I had my second child, he has stopped going down low. I'm just soo worried my people. Please any advice from moms and maybe dads will really be helpful to me. Thank you

God is never present in almost all weddings conducted in churches these days.

Reasons are double standard by the pastors. Instead of preaching abstinence they encouraged a fornicationalized relationship and joining them together in marriage.

Most of the ladies getting married are either 3 weeks, 1 month, or 4 months pregnants. Having the odacity to stand before a holy God is pure nonsense.

If God was their to bless them at all, he would have used a big thunder to strike these couples.

Lets stop deceiving ourselves all in the name of marriage. Divorce is rampant these days in christedom even the so called pastoprenuer are not left out.

Divorce will continue. Let people keep deceiving themselves. God does not attend saturday wedding these days. Quote me anywhere.

The wife should have counted the cost before getting married. At least they must have talked about it. The woman is expected to join her husband in his local church. But if she feels uncomfortable worshipping in her new church, she can dialogue with her husband. If he sees reasons with her, fine but if otherwise , she has no alternative than to keep following her husband. Compromise and understanding is needed in times like this

It's not a bad thing to read books, it makes you smarter, but make sure you do so under appropriate conditions. Make sure the area is well lit, put the book at an appropriate distance from your eyes and make sure the print is large enough that you don't have to strain your eyes. Take breaks every 20 min from reading and make sure to blink multiple times per minute.
Spend time looking at far away objects to train your eyes. because if you read too much or concentrate on seeing things that are close to your face, you might gradually lose the ability to see far away objects clearly (aka nearsightedness).
eat lots of carrots and vegetables that contain vitamin a. they're good for the eyes.
Same advice goes for those who spend a lot of time staring at the computer screen.
