My laptop is very slow, wastes time booting up. I stays in Ikorodu. I need to be reformatted and drive perfectly. I think the fault is from the engineer that formatted it lately.

I have people he has successfully treated though I know this guy right from college days but never knew he possessed such gift. I gave my laptop to a technician to format and relaod it again with window7 Premium which was formally on the system before I upgraded to window 10, which I think caused the crash, but now the technician did everything but have my system runninh with Window7 Enterprise, which I have tried upgrading to window 10 but I found it impossible, so please do anybody have any ideal of what I should do?

Yeah i managed to hit the f11 key immediately i powered it On, but now asking for Recovery options which i don't know which to choose because i don' want to loose my files and and at the time i want to retain window10.
