You probably don't have a high libido like me. It is easier for people with low libido to stay away from sex. By the way, don't you self service? And do you have wet dreams?

I am also going to stay away from anything that would remind me of sex, whether in form of movies, or pictures. So, once I see those funny front page topics that reads something like "Cossy bares it all," I run for my life. I would also not be taking alcohol this periods, especially stout, cos it is a form of aphrodisiac for me...and for most men too. I will also make sure I don't go anywhere close to University of Ibadan, so those sweet girls there don't make me fail with this challenge. lol!

When I mean no sex, I mean no form of sex at all...no pre intimacy, no oral, no self service, nothing.

I am using myself as a form of guinea pig, and I will keep you guys updated. If I fail to make it to day 30, I am sure we will still learn something great with this challenge.

The last time I had sex on Monday...that's means I have already gone 4 days without sex. 4 days down, 26 days to go.

I want to keep this thread up as a dairy of my goal to go 30 days and 30 nights without sex. There are a lot of benefits from abstaining from sex for a period of time...the benefits are more if you are a man with a high sex drive/sexual energy like me. Remember, energy can neither be created no destroyed, but can be transformed from one form to another.

If you are not interested in what I am writing about, stop reading and go to another post, no need commenting to abuse me in normal Nairaland fashion. I am putting this up here cos I know it would help some people.
