How are you to address the error message "unable to process Your application, errors are stated below" meanwhile, there are no errors below and you can't proceed neither can you go back to the previous menus. Did anyone encounter this challenge?

if my application is succesful, how will i know? will there be a confirmation message or will i see my entry under the my portal page. someone ahould please answer

this is the reply i got..."Cannot take exams, The number of exam attempts is not available at this moment. Please contact your administrator to verify your available attempts. (Error code: 101)"
