thesolutions:You are not kind ![]() |
Stomoney:Police collected 10% from you and possibly another 10% from the seller🙄🤦. Nigeria!!! |
Nigerians think this is a joke, but this is how dictatorship begins. |
safarifarms:Gbam!!! Simple economics that they thought is in school. But when it comes to Nigeria's case it becomes rocket science. Ordinary maize grows everywhere in Nigeria. Maize can even grow on roads in Nigeria. But we rather grow the little ones that we will roast, rather than mass produce. |
MONEY247:The same diesel that foreign farmers also use and purchase at the same international price that our local farmers are buying. Or do foreign farmers of rice get diesel for free? The problem with Nigeria is profiteering, too many middlemen that make profits even above the farmers. |
Mrchippychappy:I dey tell you. Nigerians are the worst group of people to fight for. That is why leaders that are after their own personal glory/benefits are the ones that succeed. |
Anjivah:Especially with the current situation in Nigeria. It is just better that you don't take sides. Let's just be focusing on issues as they arise i.e if a community is attacked by bandits let's all just speak with one voice and make sure the perpetrators are brought to book immediately/urgently without any excuse from the government. Lets just be holding the government accountable on a case by case basis without us entertaining any excuses. |
Zonefree:This is hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. But come to think of it🤔 |
OLAADEGBU:Whoever did this write-up needs to be flogged 700 strokes of fresh new koboko. Haba nah. Must you write 2,500 words of only 1,000 words can explain everything? See as person do write-up like say na family discussion under the moonlight when NEPA don't take light for village during December😜😜😜😜 |
Well all you have typed has nothing to really do with being happy in marriage. Most so-called married women still bill their ex. Infact I am yet to see any ex that won't bill their ex if they have the opportunity to. This your ex is just making up a sad story to keep you on constant billing with the sad story of being unhappy in her marriage. A girl in her 20's marrying a man in his 60's was definately looking for something other than happiness in marriage in the first place. |
Henix:Same here, I was just rushing through the article to know what Guinness record. He mentioned autism but not the record 🤔 But rather than take constructive criticism and better himself for the future he chose vowulence 🤣 |
yarimo:And become an addition to the billionaire list of the east🫣😎 |
ayoncox:This your comment is priceless and sacrosanct, but many people especially believers don't understand it. Nothing kills a self proclaim believer like Unforgiveness. If you have anybody you are yet to forgive or can't forgive just don't let anyone know that you are a believer. |
Success have so many father and mother. If Kolu were to be suffering now, she may not even remember to pray for him ooo. |
mycar:Imagine abolishing 10% payee tax on basic salary and being replaced with 15, 25, 35% tax on gross income and yet some people trying to convince us that it is a better bargain. |
Freshandfitpod:Amennnn!!! 17 medals and the next to us is 13 medals, see the power of Gold medal. |
Melezenawii:Hmmm, the formula to rule Nigeria. After taking over power, be ruthless, increase price of petroleum by 500% let the prices of all other things increase by 700% Then let price reduce by 20% due largely to the fact that the purchasing power of the people is almost zero, then set trolls online that will be singing your praises. Who do is for this country? |
Zocalite:Eyaaa!!! That is my only response to you. Fools like you don't even know the numbers of foreigners that enter this country daily or weekly to see most of this Nigerian pastors. That is why you always think that it is Nigeria's money alone that is in churches like living faith. |
Around 2010 as a banker I decided to write a cheque to Bishop David Oyedepo, my intention was to monitor my cheque when it comes through clearing so that I can have an idea of the bank the Bishop was using. The amount on the cheque was not big, brethren, till date the cheque was never drawn on my account. Lol Most people don't know how financially big most of this men of God are. The so called rich people you assume don't pay tithe, do give them crazy cash gifts. |
NoToPile:That is why I don't comment when some people complain. Where I stay in Ibadan (a new site) to get light na just few days to the time they will do revenue drive (because must new houses are yet to get prepaid). That period we can get light 24/7 for 2 to 3 days. After that we are on our own. Some issues are just our localized Nigerian wickedness, the government has no direct involvement. |
Since the advent of APC, I am yet to see any single person that have successfully defended APC without sounding like someone possessed by demons. |
SmartPolician:My thoughts exactly. They should not make a mockery of the situation. Because I don't understand how Nikky is involved in the issue at hand. |
AirBay:Have you stayed abroad before? Tell me one country in your so-called abroad where tax is based on money that is paid into your account? Tax anywhere/everywhere in a sane society is based purely on income not on deposit. But I know most of the round pegs we have in square holes don't realize that not all deposits into someones account equals income. A very big wahala is loading. 25% is different from the N50.00 electronic levy being charged that Nigerians are not complaining about ooo. |
What will happen to my money? The ticket I had purchased before the train derailment. |
Babangidapikin:I am still trying to understand your point exactly. Jesus rode a donkey yes, my question to you was that what were rich people of Jesus time riding or driving? If Jesus was to be physically here today what will be the equivalent of a donkey today? |
Babangidapikin:Eyaa! So what were the rich people during Jesus time riding or driving ooo, that made you think Jesus might have been poor? Just keep in mind that Jesus treasurer "Judas" was a confirmed thief, yet there was no record anywhere that Jesus even went broke. Lol |
Few things to note. 1. NDIC only insures customers funds up to N5m anything above N5m is not covered i.e if you have N50m in any bank insured by NDIC they will only pay N5m out of the N50m 2. FairMoney and the likes are safer than some commercial banks at the moment for some key reasons: A. Single obligor limits i.e fairmoney unlike a commercial bank cannot/will not give a single customer or business a loan of N1bn therefore the possibility of them having a single loan that may affect them like a commercial bank is low B. Higher interest on loans/deposit compared to commercial banks. It is funny how most people here keep nothing that FairMoney interest on deposit is too high compared to commercial banks without making any reference to loan interest between commercial banks and FairMoney. FairMoney pays 25% per annum on deposit and charges an average of 15% monthly i.e 180% per annum on loans. Now do the maths and see if interest paid to you is too much. 3. Banks like FairMoney falls under fintech/digital banks. These set of banks are well know for low overhead cost compared to commercial banks due to the fact that although they operate nationally they are not required to have physical structure, building, or staff in every location. This singular thing allows them to operate at a minimal cost compared to commercial banks. Remember the lower the cost of operation the more your net profit if you can sustain revenue. In summary, please note that although most commercial banks have a bigger balance sheet compared to these fintech/digital banks but most of this digital banks/fintech are performing way more better than commercial banks percentage wise. |
Ijaya123:Yes, that is actually why Nigeria is the way it is. I am talking about each and every Nigerian earning a reasonable pay just like we are expected to pay a reasonable price for petroleum and you are here advising me to acquire license to import petroleum to a country that one of the highest producers of crude oil. And you feel you are making sense. With citizens with your kind of mentality, the hope of Nigeria not remaining permanently backward is very slim. |
Ijaya123:Not really. But you cannot compare price of petrol of one country to another without remembering to compare the basic income. And yes, the minimum wage in a country is a yardstick for measuring basic income. Or do you think everyone in Nigeria is a thief that spends way beyond their income? |
inoki247:They will always forget to remember to mention the minimum wage in Nigeria compared to the average in West Africa |
yinkus6750:My thoughts exactly. That is why any small thing they usually call the police. Because a so-called small thing can actually lead to big thing. Imagine someone getting killed simply for loud music issues. This is sad. |
