You see Ibo's that do apprenticeship for 4yrs to learn a trade are not fools, and that is 90% of them that finish learning their trade succeed.

I will advice you to just lockup that bike for the next 6months and go for apprenticeship.

I attended a human capital management session recently.

He said the truth. The problem we have now about this bank notes redesign is the Bank CEOs/Managers/Heads. They (mis)appropriate the money sent to them to top politicians while leaving the masses with meagre left-overs. This is where DSS have a lot of work to do. They should meet with the banks and demand transcript of cash receipts from CBN and breakdown of how the disbursals were made via ATM. That's the way to go.

CBN mopping trillion of cash is inconsequential in this instance because most of the mopped currencies are never in circulation but stacked away by individuals (for inordinate reasons).. They only brought them to bank as not to loose their money.
Let commercial banks religiously release/disburse the N30Million being given to EVERY BANK BRANCH DAILY by the CBN and see if this chaos will not stop.
Most people talk on the side of ignorance/being less-informed. It is (hidden) knowledge that some "persons" intercept greater part of the 30Million released to some of the commercial banks in the states.

The small bank I bank with has 11 branches in Ibadan.
Let's divide N30m by 11 = N2,727,272.73

So please tell me how much you feel they should load in the ATM and how much you think each walk-in customer can get.

Also note that the N30m is per bank in each CBN location not per branch daily ooo

That is to say other branches of the same bank that are outside Ibadan but within Oyo state are expected to share from the same N30m because only one CBN covers Oyo state.

Hope you guys can see that the CBN is expecting banks to do miracles.
