MoneySEASON:My answer to your question is still a question. Where are banks getting old notes from, if CBN has been exchanging the old notes banks have been taking to them? At least CBN mention as at December 8, 2022 that banks have moved over N1trn to them, and hope you know that no bank will ever move the totality of its cash holding limit to CBN for whatsoever reason. Because if you get to your bank and they tell you that they don't have even old note to give you, it will be a bigger wahala. |
Thus said the woman that does not even know the value of the new notes that have been printed. I blame the banks sha. The greed and shady deals of bank MDs will not allow them to openly come out and disgrace the current CBN set up. Every body is just after his own personal gain/welfare; not really caring if the kwantri collapse. What a shithole we have found ourselves; we pray there will be light at the end of the toilet ![]()

All I ask is for all areas in the country to be allowed to vote as they please on election day. There should be no intimidation or harassments by thugs or security agents. And INEC should make sure every area gets the require materials for seamless voting exercise. That is all I ask. Make we come see who go really chop breakfast ![]() Hope you can see that I did not mention any political party or candidate but the guilty will surely name themselves. Watch and see ![]() |
Fahvvy:Na wa ooo. You were first to comment and you said everything a sensible person is suppose to say? What do you want the rest of the people with sense to say now ![]() |
Adesina18111:Summary of the whole story is; "Na God ooo" I prefer "na God ooo" from a successful Nigerian business person, than any bullshit story ![]() Every, I repeat, every single successful Nigerian has a real story aside from his/her normal story. |
Srredkita:I dey tell you. Some people may now leave what they are doing and go into palm wine tapping, not knowing the full circumstance and issues surrounding the man. Believe any so-called Nigerian successful business person at your own risk. |
donpapa:Note, he was not talking to people, he was talking to Christians. And as a Christian (if you choose to be one) you are not free to do what suits you ![]() I know you won't understand sha. |
I can see you're one of those street girls who love SIMP boys that you can manipulate and deceive anyhow. You're angry cos I spoiled your market, but I won't stoop low to your level! All these coming from a nobody. Nawa ooo, some nobody that cannot even afford a free profile is talking about feeding entire family. Truly, talk is cheap. |
Menclothing:In fact there should be incentive like tax cut given to corporations that use clean energy. This will not only reduce the strain on our poor power generation, but also reduce the use of diesel and generator plant pollution (noice/fumes) |
Zetty177x:Nigerian breweries in Ibadan has codedly gone off-grid since 2020 https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.pv-magazine.com/press-releases/nigerian-breweries-pioneers-first-solar-powered-brewery-in-africa/&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwiJ5cmX5dP8AhVoUqQEHeZgBbIQFnoECAAQAg&usg=AOvVaw2Bh4oCLwhaj_C3crZ5AG_h With this new development from Sterling Bank, which I am sure other banks will emulate if it is cost effective. Hopefully in the next 3 to 5 years discos (NEPA/PHCN) will be begging Nigerians with electricity. |
The problem now is that most women settle. They have been dated by many alpha-male in the past, forgetting that alpha-males are only about 20% of any age group/bracket of all men. So when it is time to marry, there is no way in hell all the women can marry only 20% of men, therefore most women settle with whichever man that meets the minimum requirements they can accommodate/tolerated when they are overripe for marriage. Unfortunately, they start frustrating such men overtime ![]() |

HRprof:The issue of fraudulent activity is a whole different story. Who told you that 99% of the so called rich people in Nigeria you are referring to are not involved in one fraudulent activities or the other? Is it the rich politicians you want us to start with? Or the rich public servants? Or the rich government contractors? Or the so-called rich businessman that are involved in illegal import and export of drugs/various contrabands? If only you know the numbers of Nigerian postgraduate students that are doing decent menial jobs abroad and living scam free lives you won't be making examples with a few bad eggs that you have mentioned there. Yes, there is somewhat dignity in our live in Nigeria for a few. But what sort of criminal divinity do we have at the expense of the general public. Mind you, I just left Nigeria less than 6months, so I am talking from experience. In Nigeria I was I manager in a corporate organization and my salary is way more than 12 times Nigerian minimum wage. And currently the job I have here now is the job of a school-cert (I won't mention the job) because it is a job I can never do in Nigeria, infact I have personal staff doing same job in my house in Nigeria. But with the salary I get from that jobi can rent a house, live comfortably and in peace, steady light, water, no agbero and area boys rubbish, no police harassment (in fact in my 6months here, I have seen police only 2 times). Please every average Nigerian need to travel out to a descent western country to better understand how a human being is suppose to live. I know some people enjoy the way Nigerian is sha. Just like Fela said; animals in human skins exist. |
EriMma1:Read this your comment by yourself again like 16 times, and you will find answers to all your questions by yourself. ![]() Someone once said; my character is who I am, but my attitude is determined by who I come across You being a nice person (character) does not mean you should be nice or continue to be nice towards a bad person (attitude). This lady is a selfish and greedy motherf*cker. The earlier you ghost her the better for you, because she won't rest till she destroy you. You may not be in competition with her, but she is surly a desperate fellow and you may just soon be one of the casualties on her desperate journey of making it in life. Mind you, this has nothing to do with you in particular, it is just her person. |
HRprof:And you think there is no reason behind that? Why will the rich in Nigeria spend and settle their children abroad despite their wealth in Nigeria? If even the rich in Nigeria settle their children abroad, go for medicals, vacation etc, abroad. Why should you advise the poor and the middle class to remain in Nigeria? Is there something you are not really getting? Do you think driving a bullet proof vehicle of N150m with 15 MOPOL, with 2 standby generator working 24/7 in your house is being rich, while your children cannot even live with you but are living in Cyprus in a 2 bedroom house with 24/7 electricity, one small Toyota none bullet proof car with no police escort whatsoever? Please think deep and wide. |
I just noticed that nobody even asked which part of the country you are coming from? I feel where you are coming from will give us a sense of which part of Ibadan will be most appealing to you ![]() If you are coming from the Northern part of Nigeria, I will recommend hotels in mokola, sabo, eleyele axis. Coming from the east/southeast, I will recommend challenge, ring road axis. Coming from any other part of Nigeria, bodija, ashi, will be better. Make Una no mind me ooo. Just trying to pull op legs small. |
kenedyx:Hope we all can clearly see why most people don't help family members? Would you be having this thoughts if the person that facilitated this contract for you was somebody you hardly knew? You feel like losing money you say? Would you be making any money from this contract at all, if the contract was not facilitated by him in the first place? Bro, please and please don't be greedy, N350k multiple times for a long time is better than one-off N1m, concentrate on whatever small you will make joyfully and press for another contract as soon as you complete this one. All I see is greed on your own part. Remember your brother has the opportunity of facilitating more businesses in the future with or without you; please kill that evil greed within you now, now ![]() |
brendan007:Because law is different from justice. Under the law, the killing of another person is murder. But under justice, the killing of another person may not be murder, it maybe manslaughter. He only pleaded not guilty to murder. As much as much we are all pained by the incidence. We should still stand for justice. |
socialmediaman:I thought they use to say that they have over 1,000 billionaires from that state? |
badBADbichh:And yet we think we have better morals than these people. In Nigeria senior police officers sleep with junior police officers give them promotion and everyone will still respect and fear the small girls as no go areas. |
omojesu202:Those truck drivers need to be sentence to death anytime these kind of accidents happen. I understand your narrative and many similar instances abound. How can someone take one way at night, and without head light. Or you will see many of them on the highway at night without any backlight nor even simple reflective stickers. |
Road safety and VIO's and even police mostly don't work in the night and that is when all these faulty and road worthless vehicles especially trucks move freely. God saved me one night like that. The truck in from of me was oozing so much smoke that my visibility was almost zero, I waited till we got to where the road was very wide before I decided to overtake even without any visibility, few seconds after overtaking; gbam!!! See a brokendown truck in front on the same side I had overtaken from. I was shaking at the wheels till I got to Ibadan. I believe this must have been what happened to this vehicle. May God continue to guide and protect in the lawless "kwantri" that we have found ourselves. |
Hmmm, the same way JayJay Okocha's N8bn went down in one failed bank that time. But I learnt the president as at then came to his rescue ![]() |
Dear God, please make me the Arc Angel for fruitfulness for just one year I beg ![]() Walahi I will so deal with some motherf*ckers, even erection some idiots will not have. Then severe frigidity for most women. This is just too heartless, my heart bleeds. |
Moh247:From all Obi said there, did he insult any candidates father or family members? Datti simply asked that you face him, his character, and all what not. That you should not drag his family members dead or alive that are not contesting any office in your matter. Is that too much to ask for? |
