Seun:
How can a loan be guaranteed for all applicants. This smells like a scam, sir.

my brother, their is nothing fishy about a mortgage loan being "guaranteed for all applicants".

its just that the funds wont be given to you but to the developers, and you will have to pay some form of commitment fee (no matter how small) to show that you intend to own that particular property, and to take full and legal possession when you have paid back the loan. simple.

is this car still available?

akiesony:
We have different models used by top management that are sold after 2 years at reduced prices depending on the mileage. These types are in heavy demand by our distributors.

Hi,

A brand new 206 would go for 1.3 million why not up your budget and get a brand new one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its cheaper and beta . if you need links to get the brand new one please let me know

I would rather buy a brand new for 1.3 than a used one for 800k

thanks, please do give me the link. but that means i am going to still look for more money. my email add ola_effect@yahoo.com

not more than 800k
