How I wish we dont have to discuss this topic, but no problem discussing it, I only hope and pray that people will approach it with an honest mind.
First and foremost, the money for building auditorium has nothing to do with feeding the poor if proper planning are done, so we cannot sit here and crucify the church for spending money on its auditorium, if you will permit me to ask a question here, does the fact that many people cannot afford food stop some of us from spending on other things which are not food? why not take those excesses not spent on food to the poor? This is where planning comes in.

secondly are we suppose to crucify a church for building an auditorium to accomodate her members? I am very sure that the said auditorium will be filled to the brim in the church on-going prog, you need to visit cannan land on a normal Sunday service, it is always fill to the brim, so what's wrong in the building then? The fact that my church only occupies 100 worshippers and only need few thousand to build a place of worship doesn't stop a church that has more members to spend more, this is common sense.

Thirdly, if you are a tithes and offering giver and you feel uncomfortable with the way YOUR MONEY is being spent then stop paying and let's see if God's work will suffer.

The bible says by their fruit we shall know them, I think going by this the Pastor Adeboye led Redeemed Xtian church of God doesn't deserve our tongue lashing, I suppose we are not fit to do that, BEWARE! and I mean it BEWARE

I am not saying that our men of God are not prone to error, no, but the fact is if the church is built with right motive, we can't crucify the church.

This is purely my opinion, I wish I can tell you more.

I think if you and I will decide not to follow the trend, it is a matter of time we shall soon out numbered the people who think relationship is all about sex. To be frank with you, anyone who indulge in sex outside marriage, irrespective of the level of the commitment in the relationship, is only selling him/herself cheap and such has no moral standing to condemn prostitution. No woman will see my unclothedness except the one I marry, call me old school, i think it pays me better.

I can confirm to you that we have been asked to come and fill our bio-data form in my school starting from next week Thursday. We were told that except the federal Govt changes its position the position as at now is that a batch will be coming in by the 20th of June. I just pray it works like that. Let us keep our fingers across and hope for the best as well. Take care

I got an info from my school that we should start coming to the school from the 1st or 2nd week in May as we are likely going to be mobilised for june batch, pls confirm from your schools too.

Ok, all said and done. I think we are begining to lose focus of the issue we are discussing in this trend, the issues in my own opinion are: 1. there is a recruitment process going on in Glo at present with people at the stage of waiting to see the chairman, if you have information about this let the house know, (2) Do you know if another recruitment process is commencing in glo and how do people get their cv submitted and lastly I think people want to know if glo takes HND holder and what is the minimum grade acceptable to them for both Unversity and polytechnics graduates.

I thought I was the only person that was subjected to this kind of messy situation by Nestle. I did mine 2 years ago, got to the last stage but one i.e. the group interview stage after which we were supposed to go in for the last stage which was individual interview, by the time we finished the group interview (7 of us of the same discipline) it was already night that day, they appologised for keeping us late that day and promised that all of us shall be called back one after the other for our individual interview, my brother since Dec 16 2005, may be they will call tomorrow sha? only God knows. In anycase dont be too offended like myself, you can still apply. God has the best in mind for you and you must not fail to do your own part, so apply again. It is well,

hi pony. i got a call laqst week from glo telling me to be on alert as i would soon be called for the final interview. did d first 2 in june 2006 too, trainee technical.

Any news again ever since you received this call? Did you see the ED Technical and ED HR when you were interviewed in june? I started mine in Dec and i was interviewed by ED HR and Technical in January meaning that I have gone through 3 stages. Friend, Wishing you and myself the best of God.
