AZeD1: Bi monthly - paid 24 times in a year. Bi weekly - paid 26 times in a year.
No extra charges. Thanks |

AZeD1: My work place as do most places pay salaries every two weeks (not bi monthly) so my first week was a pay week and on the Friday, I got paid but then I looked at the amount I was paid and did small maths and I felt it didn't add up, some small change was missing but I let it slide with the intention of waiting till I got my second pay check to see if the error would be rectified by then. Two weeks later, my pay check comes and I open the payslip right in the office and behold the outcome was worse. I started wondering if the company had reduced my annual salary without telling me. I was still one month into the job and I knew with my skills I could earn more so it was better to pathways with the company now than be cheated but I decided to wait for the 3rd pay check (5 weeks in)before going to speak with the MD. When the 3rd pay check finally arrived, I was certain I was being scammed and was going to talk with the MD the following Monday to get an explanation of what was going on. Luckily for me, I got to speak with someone that night who explained to me the difference between being paid bi weekly and bi monthly.
So I was spared the "embarrassment" of confronting the MD. A member of this group wasn't so lucky. He saw his pay check and went to HR.
Moral of the story, know if your wages are bi weekly or bi monthly before you "go an vex for oga at the top".
PS: For those in Ottawa, we need to pick a weekend that would be comfortable for everyone to meet in person and hang out. Please what changes if you are payed bi montlhy and biweekly. Are there extra charges in taxes when paid often? |

Daviddson: BBN is akin to prostitution, if what I've been hearing is true. There's nothing there that's enough to attract sincere Christians to such a show that glamorizes indecent bodily exposure and sexcapades! Well unfortunately, where there are no laws there are no crimes. If notting in chritiandom state how christians should live their lives, then they are no less a christian. If pastors would gladly (openly or secretly) collect tithes from people whose way of life (how they earn a living) is not known. If pastors would not openly declare in churhes than BBN is akin to prostitution openly for that matter, then they are no less a christian. All the organizers and participants are Christians and see nothing wrong in what they are doing. Same as a women wearing skimpy and indecent clothings to church and she is welcomed. |

Are all the participants not practicing christianity? After winning 45m, would the pastor reject the tithe from the proceeds? |

Do you have a GOOD CAR with value of 3m? You can sawp it for a percel of land in Kagini, FCT Abuja. The land measures about 450sqm and comes with original and verifiable CofO. The land can be verified in AGIS before the deal is struck.
If you have a car with a value less than 3m, you can also swap and pay the balance with cash.
This is a land that guarantees your investment. (Though presently undevelopable as there are no infrastructure there. If you can wait a couple of more years, that would be better)

hiscules: Good morning people, I have been thinking about how the bank will calculate the average monthly balance for the last 6 months.
Are they going to use the balance of
(End balance month 1+ end balance of month 2+ end bal of month 3+end balance of month 4+end bal of month 5+end bal of month 6)/6 or how do they calculate it?
Secondly, what exactly is CIC looking out for with the average month end balance and the current balance on the account?
Basically, what could mean a red flag the CIC required POF letter is received from my bankers?
Thanks for your responses Different banks have different ways of calculating the 6months average balance. The most common i guess is what you illustrated in your post. To answer you second, what they are on the look out for here is a sharp increase in month on month balance with explanation. If the end balance of month 1 is 500 and month 2 is 3000. You should explain where the sharp increase comes from. This is where gift deeds etc comes in. What i heard is that your 6months average balance shouldn't be too from your PoF. It can also surpasss it. No matter at what stage you get the fund for your PoF, there are different approaches you can use to assure CIC of the genuineness of your claims. |

Ladyhippolyta88: Nope it would help the people that need it.Nobody should shout over sex doll or compare women to it.The inventors had good and bad intentions at heart before creating such.Anyway you are looking at it from a religious angle but either way you seem openminded at least now you are not imposing your beliefs on me. Imagine you son comes home one day and says "mum, i am getting married to a doll i got from the store down the street". That would be cool by you right? No matter how subjectivr morals are, this is wrong from all angles!. Women care for us, birthed us, took care of us, nutured us. Our mother (may Allah show them mercies) were our teachers, the one whom when we are ill, they are also ill. They one who would feed us before being fed. Our mothers, our father's wife!!!... may Allah have mercies on our parents and forgive them all. How could you even think mating a doll is sensible? Abeg, i ain't responding again. |

Psychologically humanity will be dull like dolls in centuries to come. No procreation again? You mean a doll is worth more than some women? No no no mbanu!!!! |

Ladyhippolyta88: True talk but sex doll is not by force so why drag religion into technology. It is a choice everybody has their reasons for or against sex doll. Fortunately for us in Islam. We do not accept just about anything as a way of life. Allah has completed His favours upon us as believer and perfected our way of life. Anything outside what Allah has perfected should not be allowed. God created Man and Woman. Una first start say that one no good. Una do Man+man and woman+woman (reason why a whole nation was destroyed. The story of the people of Lut). this one still no do una. Una do man + various animals (snake, dogs, goats etc). this still no do una!!!! Una don begin to do men + dolls and women + dolls..... THIS END IS INDEED NEARER THAN WE ALL THINK!!! |

asakeaina: There is nothing wrong in sexdoll at least it better than zina Dear brother, do not allow shaytan play with your mind. Everything about it is wrong!.. Imagine if all men abandon woman (God forbid) and take dolls instead. what do you think would happen to humanity in 200 years? you would become an endangered species. Man's morals would be eroded. Human humans would begin to think and act like dolls and the end shall come faster than we all imagined. This is one action, the world should speak against. |

vcole: This bubblingness, I don't think I'm the right person for a proper assessment oh cos I'm more of a netflix and chill person, but if I'm to make a very very uninformed opinion, I would say Calgary is more bubbly than Edmonton. Job outlook - I think Edmonton is better economically at the moment than Calgary. I also think that cost of living might be slightly cheaper in Edmonton, at least rent-wise. In terms of character, they may be pretty much similar. Please whats the distance (KM or hrs) is Calgary from Edmonton? |
