Would I at any point during the EE process need the hardcopy of my WES ECA or the soft copy (pdf) sent to my email will suffice all through?

Yes you would need a copy while uploading your documents post ITA.

The only advice that i can give/the only way that i know is for you to begin EE process ASAP

Not necessary for the EE process. But you can start the preliminary stages once you are deep into the application process.

WES would assess your credentials for EE while CACB would assess your qualification as an Architect. Check www.cacb.ca

You don't need to be an MNIA or ARCON member to live your dream in Canada. Infact, begin to think of getting yourself accredited by CACB and research on your province of intent.

I know this is almost certainly a given because as Nigerians we prioritize faith over work.

For those who are willing to listen remember that there is no other predictor of lasting success than hard work, no amount of faith or religious inspiration can substitute for this.

This is not to suggest that the Almighty has no place in in our lives or in the quest for success, indeed He as made everything possible for those willing to do the work and use the resources that He has placed at our disposal. Do your research, hone your plan, cover your bases, apply yourself, do not waiver in determination and you will most certainly succeed in living the Canadian dream.

Hardwork without God's favour + intervension would only lead to plenty headache + stress.
The best is to work hard and pray hard and ask for God's favour. @freeradicals post shows the wonderful ways God works in our lives. That opportunity could have been someone else's.
Hard work alone would not lead us to success.!!! What's most important is that we recognise the role the almighty plays even when we become successful. It would only be boastful if we even ascribed success to ourselves.
There are thousands of people who work as hard as we did but were not given same opportunities as we were given.

What city would you advice a Nigerian trained Architect to land? A city where Architectural jobs are available or something closely related. A city with relative ease in professional membership. Kindly give an on-ground advice if you can.

The best would have been to leave IBB for God's judgement since we are unable to prosecute him with the imperfect laws we call constitution. God sees all, He knows the evil IBB had done even better than all of us, He also knows the good IBB has done even better than all of us. If God wills, He forgives IBB for his shortcomings, If He wills, He does otherwise.....
May Allah (God) have mercies on IBB, forgive him and grant honour to our mother land Nigeria. May He, the most merciful of those who show mercies, have mercies upon us as a nation and raise among us leaders that would have God consciousness, leaders that would truely lead, leaders that would care, leaders that would truely work for us.
Allah said in the glorious Qur'an that He would not change the conditions of a people until they change what is in themselves. WE SHOULD ALL CHANGE OUR WAYS. Be better person, neighbour, employer, employee etc.

She has a better IELTS score spread. So is it Ok if we go on as planned without transferring the funds to her own personal account?

A joint account with her Dad (signatory to her dad's company) might not be the best. Since you are pre ITA, let her transfer the money to her personal account. It would raise less questions if you do that.

It's Internations English Language Testing System. It's the only exam you would write on this Journey. A very simple one for that matter!

My father in law has a company in Which my wife is a Major signatory to the account. She can make withdrawals when needed without issues.
Can we use this account as one of accounts we intend to use for POF?

Here are the options you can explore;
Assuming.you are Pre ITA.
1. Let you wife transfer the money to her personal account and then to yours. Let it cool there for 6 months.
2. If you are post ITA
Let your wife transfer money to her personal account/your mum's or dad's and you can conviniently do a gift deed.

I wouldn't know cos i do not bank with them. The standard practice however is that if you operate a current account with the bank, they shouldn't have problems issuing you the letter in the format you require.

Zenith Bank would give you the letter in the required format. In fact, by the Mercies of God, they would also do USD Conversion and CAD conversation on your letter....
