Well everyone with his/her view, but from my personal experience I feel HND is now gaining from grounds in technological companies mostly foreign owned institute. I happened to work with a Chinese firm as an inbound specialist and behold I was earning way more (60,000) difference from my oga (boss) who happens to be a BSC graduate.
